Haul: L’Oreal Voluminous WATERPROOF mascara (in preparation for daughter’s wedding), another Essence All About Matt face powder (that stuff is SO good) and…best of all….the Stila In the Garden eye shadow palette. What a fabulous palette!
Weekend plans: gym, yoga, picking up my dress for the wedding from my alternationist, hopefully washing all our windows so they’re nice and sparkling (we keep putting it off but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE clean windows). It has been unbearably hot here for the past week or so but I’m hoping for rain tonight (the garden needs it desperately) and cooler days this weekend so we can get the windows washed (ours is a 2 storey house with way too many windows!)
Favourite video game: I don’t have one. When my kids were little, I played (very badly) some games with them but I’ve never been interested in video games at all (unless Free Cell counts!).
Definitely going to need the waterproof mascara! 🙂
I think I will likely be fine during the ceremony (but who knows); it’s during the speeches – DH and I are doing one together because there is no way I’ll just sit there and say nothing – I think THAT is when I’ll get teary, just as I did at the engagement party.
Haul: my inglot haul finally came from Poland. (yes from Poland because I refuse to pay for these with a 40% markup in Canada). I got a 10pan palette and the rainbow shade in 121R -130. Also the Essie Naughty Nautical & Sunday FunDay shades.

How long did it take to get to you from Poland?
About 3 to four weeks for me. It depend on how long ti takes to go through customs.

But everything takes about that time coming into Canada. lol We have just on week of that dedicated to customs sorting.

Haul: Chanel liquid precision eyeliner in noir, Chanel Rouge Coco Camelia the most gorgeous pink Rose with peachy golden undertones but mainly a pink rose lipstick. This color is medium in fair skin tones like mine and so beautiful 😀 .
Weekend: go to classes and on Sunday my mother will come back from abroad 🙂 .
Videogame: I´m terrible at videogames, so I would say pacman since I can actually win that.

Weekend plans: Likely stopping by my parent’s house and then time with my sister! I’m really jazzed about that. I don’t get to see her as often anymore and I’m hoping to make up for that.
Favorite video game (or mobile/tablet game)?: I still play a lot of WoW. A lot. But there’s too many games I love to cut it down to one. EVE. Love EVE. Bladur’s Gate 2 (which I haven’t played in years but I adore it). I’ve played every Civilization game. I just play a lot of games. I probably spend most of my time in WoW. Though Horde on my server has gone quiet. It’s getting lonely!

Haul: Just a few DS items: L’Oreal Mystic Mauve (lipstick), Milani Illuminating Face Powder in Hermosa Rose (I *finally* found it in stock!), and NARS eye primer (100-point Sephora perk).
I’m trying to save for a ton of NARS goodies next month, and my daughter’s birthday is coming up, so that took a huge chunk out of the monthly budget.

We got her a *ton* of dollhouse furniture for her Fisher-Price Loving Family Dollhouse that Santa brought her. There were about 7 rooms that she wanted, and none were to be found in-store, so I went online. After I placed 4 in the cart, a message came up that if I bought like $15 more, shipping would be free, so I did, and the price plummeted sooo much, that I just went ahead and picked up 2 more, LOL.
My mom bought her a Princess Sofia dress (she’s a new Disney princess, and a little girl), but we still need to find the tiara & amulet, which will likely come after her birthday, but she’s okay with that.
Her birthday’s on the 3rd, and we’ll be going to Chuck E. Cheese. She would rather do Disneyland, but there is no way I will go in the middle of Summer, on a Saturday! Between the heat and the crowds, I don’t see the fun.
Disneyland in the summer sounds horrible, LOL!
I really want to go to Disneyland sometime, but I have to plan to go during the off-season.

Haul: Chanel Rouge Allure Luminous Intense lipstick in #99 – Pirate. 🙂 A “good job self” reward for doing well on my pharmacy entrance exams. Haven’t worn it yet, though I’ve had plenty of fun playing with the lock mechanism on the container. Such a satisfying little click.
Weekend Plans: Relaxing! I think I’ve earned it after a 3+ hour entrance exam. 😛
Favorite video game: I’m a nineties Nintendo kid, so Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will always hold a place in my heart. Other contenders for favorites are Okami and Final Fantasy X. (But not FFX-2. #%!$ X-2.)

I love playing with my Rouge Allure click mechanism myself, but I don´t have the one you got.
It’s a gorgeous blue red if that’s up your alley. I really love the newer colors in the Rouge Allure line. 😀
The only concern I have about the mechanism is that I could easily see it popping open under pressure in my purse. I’m glad to see that it doesn’t immediately slide out, but still – eeek! The thought of a $30+ lipstick dressing up the inside of my purse does make me a little leery of lugging it around all day. 😛

Also have played WoW on and off since vanilla (currently not playing; RIP my precious mage). Got the boyfriend to finally take a break from League of Legends (I threatened to purchase a new cosmetic each time he nerd raged over a loss – excellent, EXCELLENT era for hauls) and he’s since replaced it with Smite aaaand we’ve come full circle.

Definitely the ClearCalm 3 clarifying clay cleanser and the Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal mask! Hauling the clay cleanser was purely for re-stocking purposes but the Hydra-calm cleansing milk was a new addition to my regimen and so far I’m really enjoying it!

Haul: After seeing your good reviews on the Fyrinnae eyeshadows I ordered Hitched and Unicorn and they gave me a nice sample of Mauve-0-Matic. I really like these shadows and plan to buy more! They have beautiful colors.

Favorite video game (or mobile/tablet game)?: Golden Sun: The Lost Age for GBA. It is a super long game, but it has such an amazing storyline. It also has puzzles that you have to complete in each lighthouse as well as side quests. They came out with Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for DS. It was good, but it was a very quick game to finish. And it left off on a cliffhanger. I really hope that means they will release another one.
I haven’t heard of that game, but now I’m going to look into it 🙂

Favorite video game: I’m a recovering WoW addict, lol. I have gone from playing 12-14 hours EVERY DAY to 5-10 hours a week. I even have days when I don’t play at all now. Writing this actually reminded me that I should log on to do some dailies, even though dailies are what burned me out in the first place. I don’t know if you still play, Christine, but all those dailies added in MoP made me stop playing for a few months, I almost hope we get to kill the Golden Lotus people in a later expansion, I just hate those guys so much now, lol.
I haven’t played in probably three or four months, though I will agree that there were a TONNN of dailies in MoP. I think I finished only two of the factions – the farm guys and maybe Golden Lotus? The one where you get the awesome dragon mount that ended up making me nauseous so I can’t even use it!
You mean the cloud serpent mounts? The ones with a long tail that take up half the screen? I was so excited to get mine until I actually mounted it. Super cool to look at but very impractical. Golden lotus is the faction you HAD to do to open up dailies for shado-pan and the august celestials. So annoying.
I want to say maybe that’s the one I didn’t do, LOL!

My favorite pre-sale item were my Coach wedges. Super cute. I picked up a couple of pairs of jeans, too, but nothing too exciting…
I bought a Tahari fit and flare style dress, Zella yoga pants, a set of Clairsonic brush heads and the two sets Voluspa candles. I bought the candles last year and they were wonderful. I’m thinking about ordering a couple more since they are such a good value, and the packaging is beautiful. I’m going to have to go back and check out the Coach wedges, I love wedges!

Favorite video game (or mobile/tablet game)?: Grand Theft Auto anything. I have a particular soft spot for San Andreas and Vice City, but I love all of them. SO excited for the new one to come out! For mobile games, I love Badland and Minion Rush. Both simple but so addictive.
Which ones from RBL’s collection did you get?
Liberty, NailsandNoms and Turn it Around. They’re all gorgeous but I wish the shimmer in NailsandNoms was more visible which is how I feel about a lot of RBL’s microshimmer polishes.
I just swatched NailsandNoms, and I agree – the shimmer is not really apparent under most lighting conditions.
Haul: not much this week as I’m trying to slow my roll for a couple weeks. Bare Minerals eye shadow (i think its called Celestine?), Bare Minerals Lash Domination, and Tarte blush in Exposed. And Laura Mercier Silk Creme foundation. Hmm..looking over this I guess I didnt slow down as much as I had intended?
Weekend Plans: tending to my veggie garden. In my imagination I’m going somewhere fun though.

Haul: Thanks to you, I got to order one of the Ariel mirror compacts (it showed up this afternoon and despite feeling a bit disappointing to see “made in China” on it, I do think it’s really pretty and well made), a tangle teezer (now I know why so many people love these things), Shiseido cotton squares (hmm, not sure I love them… They are incredibly soft, but they seem to not grab very well to my mascara and eyeliner, so I find myself spending more time than usual removing my makeup and not doing a very good job, mainly smearing them around…), NARS radiant creamy concealer (holy grail under eyes concealer, I only wish I had bought it sooner, it’s fantastic!), another bottle of my beloved eye makeup remover, Origins Well Off. Finally, no week is complete without some nail polishes (!!!), Mineral Fusion Midnight Ridge, Revlon Perplex (found one on eBay for a very reasonable price) and Zoya Sunshine (part of their Fall 2013 pixie dust collection).
Weekend plans: Finishing the book I’m currently reading, “Coco Chanel, The Legend And The Life”, by Justine Picardie (I love it, I’m so caught up in it) and going to see several movies: RED 2, R.I.P.D. and The Conjuring (we’re going to this one tonight).
