Weekend plans: Helping my mom sort out books to sell at a fleamarket next weekend.

Haul: Mac haul, some from the Mac Me Over collection and some other things – 226 and 109 brushes, Seaside CCB (though i’ll probably take it back and get Stunner blush instead), Midnight Blues fluidline, Soft Ochre paint pot, High Tea lipstick and Knight Divine eyeshadow (for my lil’ sister).
Weekend plans: study, cook (cookies will have to wait till next week I’m afraid, no time!), visit my granny.

Haul: From MAC Me Over, I got Creamy Bisque, Moleskin & Outre e/s, Heirloom & Butternutty Shadesticks, the Lady Grey quad, Equilibrium blush and Offshoot l/s. At the drugstore, I got NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in French Fries, Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow quad in Not Just Nudes and Wet n Wild Coloricon single shadows in Sugar & Penny (on sale for 99 cents!).
Haul: The Balm Muppet palette(although it hasn’t arrived yet), and Seche Vite and China glaze products.
Weekend: Fun in the sun! Swimming, BBQ, cruising with my car club.

HAUL: a wooden pen that is whittled into the shape of a shark for some flare in class. also my boyfriend got me a t shirt that says “dear math, i love you (infinity sign)”!! doesn’t pertain to beauty but i’m excited all the same.
WEEKEND PLANS: enjoying an adult beverage as a reward for getting my absurd amount of work in on time for my classes! writing a computer program, a physics II lab, and a physics II assignment on top of daily calc III and probability quizzes plus my work schedule = very stressful! if this is an indicator of how every week will be this semester i’m going to need retail therapy!

Oh yeah i forgot to mention, chrisitne ive been meaning to ask you, i know this is completely off topic, but why has the look of the new mac brushes changed? like the metal part of a permanent brush isnt the same to anything in the limited edition collection, i noticed in the brushes that were released in the last collection and 226. They are now very similar to the fake mac brushes. not that i am interested in buying mac brushes on ebay, but what if someone wanted to sell a genuine mac limited edition brush, they wouldnt be able to due to the fact that there is no difference between them to make an informed decision?
Could you explain what you mean by changed? I don’t know what fake MAC brushes look like, sorry!
Like the permanent brushes, the metal part has deep indentations in the metal, and on the fake brushes, its only what looks like an engraved line, but now the new brushes have the same engraved line. Ive included a link below to a blog that better explains it. I saw the difference in the video of one of the recent videos, but i thought it might be because of the fact that you might have recieved a sample?

Haul: Too busy at work to haul during the week, so tomorrow I’m planning to nab the WnW Silent Treatment palette since I just found out the purple taupe in it is a really decent dupe of Chanel’s Fauve and the Revlon Lippmann dupe!
Weekend: Off to visit my parents for a long weekend of relaxing while they get to indulge their grandson. Win-Win-Win.
Scent: Le Labo for Anthropologie in Bouquet Blanc. It smells like lilacs to me. Love.

Haul: Elf C eyeshadow brush and the new cream eyeshadow from L’Oreal – Couleur Infallible in Kaki (yes, that’s how it’s spelled and they’ve also got the grammar wrong – “La Couleur”???) Anyway, it’s a nice mossy green and it was cheap and seems to last pretty well though it rubbed off my hand in no time flat!
Weekend plans: gym tomorrow morning and then packing up a truckload of stuff to take my youngest off to university on Sunday.
Scent I’m wearing now: Fresh’s Cannabis Rose
I had a great stash week. I finally made it to Nordie’s for MAC Me Over. I bought 2 lippies- Offshoot and Oh, Oh, Oh. 3 of the 4 Fluidlines- I didn’t buy Dark Diversion and when I went back to get it 2 days later it was sold out. And I bought Mythical e/s. Oh, and Stunner blush.
Haul: Sadly nothing this week. Though I am on the hunt for Rimmel London Lash Accelerator Serum. And I want to pick up a L’oreal leGloss.
Weekend Plans: Maybe a birthday party, maybe a bbq, maybe having a baby (due date is 9/14 but I keep hoping she comes early).
Scent I’m Wearing Right Now: I threw on Sinful Vanilla lotion from B&BW before I ran out the door to pick up my Kindergartener.

Weekend Plans: It’s my 1 year anniversary with the boy so I’m surprising him with his gifts tonight. Dinner tomorrow night at the Cheesecake Factory.

Weekend plans: Dungeons and Dragons on Sunday, some World of Warcraft tonight, maybe bake pink cupcakes tomorrow, and I want to get in some practice with my Konad stamping kit (I can’t seem to get the techniques down).

Haul: Lots of collections and things arrived on the MAC UK website this week. From MAC Me Over, I got Oh Oh Oh lipstick, Mythical, Creamy Bisque and Moleskin eyeshadows, Avenue and Dark Envy Fluidlines, Stunner Blush, Seaside CCB, 226 brush, 211 brush, and Shadesticks in Heirloom, Cakeshop and Street Cool. I also got Hot Paprika eyeshadow from Styledriven, 128 brush, and the Prep + Prime Pressed Transparent Finishing Powder.
Weekend Plans: I have to sew my daughter’s initials on her school uniform, and I want to get as much sleep as possible since once Monday comes I’m back to getting up at 6:30am to get my daughter to school on time. It comes hard after the school summer holidays.
Scent: Purr by Katy Perry. I’m not normally into celeb perfumes, but this one smells great, and the bottle is cute too (even though I’m not a cat lover)

Haul: MAC Lipsticks Plumful & Runaway Red, Lipglasses in Social Light and Plum Fun. The Muppets Palette! I ordered it last week, but it finally came 🙂 Rockin’ #282/1000! I also bought some home-made freedom palettes on Etsy because they inspired me to depot some of my shadows! I’m excited to get them 🙂
Weekend Plans: Just a good mix of chilling and work (No Holiday off for me, but I will enjoy the cushioned paycheck which will undoubtedly go toward future hauls 😉 )

Haul: MAC 226 – I love it! The 217 is too big to be a crease brush for me, so I use the 226 to apply crease colour and then the 217 to blend.
Weekend plans: Working! I work all 3 days. However, I’m also hoping to sneak out to go kayaking since I’m not working all day.
Scent you’re wearing right now: Nothing…this is why I don’t buy perfume anymore, I never wear it!

Haul: Got some ELF products, two nail lacquers (they changed the formula, it’s so awesome!) also picked up some Studio brushes since they had half off Studio line sale. I ordered 3 Chanel Illusion D’Ombre shadows (Fastame, Illuiore, and Epatant) along with Quartz and Peridot. Also ordered some Tarte items while their sale is going on.
Weekend plans: Laying low, about to order a pizza and find a movie on Netflix, and I had a class today so I might use tomorrow to get a head start on my homework.
