It’s been a good week for me for getting older MAC items at bargain prices. I got Azalea Blossom Blush Ombre, Cuddle, Sea Me and Blurberry shadesticks, Dervish lip pencil, Fab Fun and Steal My Heart lipglasses, Teal pigment (old jar) and a backup of Candy Yum Yum. Also I got a second ‘Unsurpassable’ MES.
Need to save money now for all the new collections coming out.
My daughter finished school for the summer today, so we’ve now got 6 weeks of no school. Tomorrow is my birthday, so we’re planning a birthday tea

Last weekend a friend visited me so we trekked to Mall of Louisiana where I picked up: Buxom Big & Healthy Lip Stick in Bombay, Tokidoki Perfetto Eyeliner in Mostro, the Benefit 3-pack that contains High Beam, Benetint, and Posietint; and Tokidoki Luminosa Powder. At Ulta I got some Physicians Formula Feel Good Blush and 3 NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils.
Haul: Two Essence gel liners in London Baby and Midnight in Paris, and a lipgloss in Trendsetter. So far I am liking these products!

Haul: I have a big one this week. Some things finally arrived in the mail and my MAC counter finally received the Semi Precious collection. I got Semi Precious Rose Quartz MSF, Pressed Amber & Warmth of Coral Mineralize Blushes and Mineral Mode e/s. I took advantage of the Urban Decay sale and got Cream Shadows in Rehab, Mushroom & Suburbia and a Loose Pigment in Shag. I also got two NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils in Yogurt & Iced Mocha and NARS Mayflower l/s.
What’s on your nails: Essie Trophy Wife.
Haul: MUFE 93 i.e. Irish Matte Green! I had to have it, it is such a bright summery colour.
Weekend plans: work 🙁 but a night out tomorrow! Am looking forward to making myself up outrageously.

Haul: I know I said I was on a no-buy but….I got Benefit’s Birthday Suit and RSVP Creaseless Cream Eyeshadows (Shopper’s Drug Mart had a bonus event…what can I say). I tried to buy the UD Anniversary eyeshadow palette but it hasn’t come in to the Sephora nearest to me yet.
Weekend plans: Bridal shower for my teaching partner tomorrow and Sunday, just kicking back and taking it very easy (we might get some rain – YAY)
What’s on my nails: OPI Cara Mia Crimson on my toenails.
Haul: Covergirl “Ruby Dust” and “Amethyst Mist” polishes, Cover Girl “Bit of Blossom” and “Coy Coral” lip stains, and some face cloths from Big Lots… plus the Sephora Colorista palette, as it was $19 and all. Win.

Haul: Got my Regard Signes de Chanel quad and my 15th Anniversary UD palette that I ordered earlier this week. Also picked up a couple of Revlon Just Bitten lipstains, another Color Burst lipstick and a few NYX singles–My first venture into NYX eyeshadows and I’m quite impressed!
Weekend Plans: Relaxing with the boyfriend and dog, going bowling tonight and seeing Captain America tomorrow! 😛

Everyone with rain should be happy! It is 110 with the heat index here today (in St. Louis).
Haul: My Topkapi quad came in the mail on Monday but getting it was a pain in the rear! Chanel charged me 9 dollars for shipping (in addition to the price of the quad) and just sent me the two complimentary samples that I chose at checkout! I called and asked and they were like, oh sorry, that’s been out of stock, we can’t believe the website let you order it, we will refund, etc. I was adamant and I said no! No refund! I need this quad! So they finally sent it! Yay!
Plans: Going to Indiana to play soccer!

Haul: Burberry had a trend show last weekend and so after splurging in person I phoned in an order for some essentials I forgot I “NEEDED!” Midnight Black and Midnight Blue e/l, Romantic Rose and Delicate Rose l/s, the new Midnight Brown e/s and I sent my BFF in Poway the Nude Beige l/s because I love her so. Should arrive any day now…. Also needed new gym shoes (the all-black Nike Frees) BORING!!!
Weekend Plans: researching looks on Temptalia and wiping the dust off my Sephora train case! Wanna play with my MAC oldies but goodies. Either way, less sleep this weekend! I’ve been sleeping way too much this week!
On my nails: Essie Master Plan (just discovered Target has amazing selection of Essie nail color, which has the most pale nude shades of any brand!)

Weekend plans: Meeting up with some friends at our fav dive bars, staying where the AC’s are, humidity is kicking behind in NYC & keeping away from the sun with our pasty selves, lol!

Haul: The Benefit counter definitely cashed in on me (They’re Real mascara, B.Right It’s Potent eye cream, Tweezerman for Benefit and samples of the Triple Performing face emulsion and Foamingly Clean).
I have to say…I am falling in love with Benefit’s Foamingly Clean facial wash. And I love the scent…I’m really in to fruity/cucumber scents. Also, I’d liek to note that it’s been 5 days and so far, (‘ve been using it twice a day, once on the first evening of course) no breakouts yet! I also love how my skin feels right after washing it. No tightness or ruddy feeling. Just clean and refreshed! I will def buy the full-sized version!
Weekend Plans: Garage sale with my sister-in-law!
Haul:I went more than a little nuts on eBay getting polish and a few other items. But I think in rolled maybe 30 nail polishes this week. Soon as the new fall Zoya polish collections are in hand, I am taking a forced break from purchasing polishes. I am running out of storage area for my polish boxes.
Weekend plans: Wash windows and curtains, read my book, light catch up on vacuuming into nooks and crannies. Attend a Lavender festival.
What’s on my nails: Nothing right now – but pedi is supporting Zoya Kimmy, needs to be changed and think next will be Zoya Tanzy also from the Sunshine Summer 2011 collection I got free when Zoya had their get 6 bottles of one of the 2 summer collections free when you bought their color-lock system! GREAT DEAL! I was all over that one.
haul: covergirl lastblast and maybelline one-by-one. TiffanyD uses them on youtube, and her lashes always look AMAZING, so i figured i’d give them a try!

Then I ALSO ordered a North Face Denali jacket from nordstrom.com cause of the annevirsary sale! Lol! I’m kind of spoiled ;).
