Haul: MAC Surf Baby Hibiscus and My Paradise
Weekend plans: Catching up on sleep as well and doing some cleaning.
What’s on your nails: finger nails I’m trying to grow out, on the toes I have a coral/peach shade from Nicole (name escapes me).
Haul: I went to Wrentham Outlets last Saturday and they have a CCS outlet there, so I bought 8 MAC eyeshadows! I also bought the music player from Stila with some makeup in it.
Weekend plans: Getting my car serviced. Heading to Costco. Maybe a pedicure. Maybe a gym visit.
Nails: Nothing! I don’t paint my fingernails and I am due for a pedi!
Just a mini haul this week – Rimmel Lasting Finish nail polish in Apricot Punch (smells fruity when dry), Barry M Dazzle Dust 85 – Neon Pink and Katy Perry’s Purr EDP, which has already become my favourite perfume.
I currently have that very nail polish on one finger, trying it out LOL
If this heat continues, then I’ll be spending this weekend keeping out of the sun.

My weekend plans are to A) go on extended walks while we have the weather B) get ready to go back to school for the first time in 4 years C) seriously rethink my cosmetic spending habits D) ween myself off my radioactive iPhone, relinquishing my recently acquired ADD-like behavior and actually read a book this weekend. And as an homage to my steadily increasing years
I am actually excited about my doctors appt tommorow.
Oh and on my fingers I am wearing Sephora by OPI in Cab Fare and OPI Coney Island Cotton Candy ( which is far and away too tame for me, but I like the name)

Thank you! I’m finally perusing my Special Ed. credential. I got my multiple subject credential 6 years ago and could not find a job so I’m finally going to just pursue what I initially was interested in 🙂
Wohoo! Just got my HauteLook Barielle order; Slate of Affairs, Decadence, Elle’s Spell, A Bouquet For Ava, Snow Day and Date Night- these are gorgeous! I also just got my MAC order with Bust Out l/s, Surf USA and Swell Baby e/s
Oh yeah! My Barielle order from Hautelook arrived too! I forgot to mention it. I got Slste of Affairs, as well as, Falling Star, Myrza’s Meadow, Polished Princess, their nail strengthener cream, and foot cream.

Weekend plans – trying to make unwanted house company feel they really need to stay in a motel when they come around my way…esp when I have been sick, say I am busy. I am so bad at saying no, but some folks just don’t get it and will take advantage to save a dime. Could they ask me to dinner? Bring me a bottle of wine? Clean up the bathroom after themselves? Offer to do ANYTHING while here like even wash a dish? They know I live alone and have ortho disabilities – NOPE just house crashers. It’s been a COOL weekend and I have made sure the only bathroom is often in my urgent need from antibiotics I am on right when one of them is going in to lock the door behind and stay in there for a hour showering/grooming. I did not put out towels for them this time. I am sick of a huge load of washing after they leave. Gosh, they are using their beach towels for bath towels! They know NOT to touch the decorative towels in the bathroom by now. I gotta get stronger next time and just say no when they don’t ask but TELL me they are coming. I thought I had done it this time, but they came anyway – what next? Meet them at the door and not let them in? Some people, I tell ya!
On my nails – gobs of cuticle oil X many times a day – on toes – OPI “I Ate Berries in the Canaries” with SV top coat – LOVING the way they look! Good change from the last 4 I have had on there – also hits that range of my favs in the purple/fuchsia/magenta ranges.

Being a footcream diva…I applaud you on your Baielle foot cream order! I have tried nearly every one I ever heard of in the past 20 years and Barielle by far is the most amazing that really works for me. I did not go look at their site from the last emailings they sent me on summer and a sales promo. I need to go check out the Hautelook – thanks for reminding me.

It came out a couple of weeks ago but it’s sold out (temporarily, since it is permanent) at the moment!
Will you review the MAC BB? Looking forward to your thoughts on it. I think it is now available on the MAC website again.
I’m not sure, given that it washes me out so it’s not a product I can use personally.
Haul: stila the it girl palette. I got it because I’ve been wanting stila kitten and the palette has that and 2 others for less than the cost of just the full sized shadow. That’s it.
Weekend plans: parties, tonight I have one friends going away party dinner than after that my friends bachelorette party, and tomorrow a graduation party!
On my nails: finger paints add&abstracts
I picked up Strange Potion Lipglass, Signature Blue Superslick eyeliner, and a refill of Paradisco.
Weekend plans – BBQ tomorrow with some friends, and my first time kayaking on Sunday! (Weather permitting)
No polish on my fingers. On my toes, I have some crazy pink Orly colour, but I can’t recall the name right now. I do need to re-do the toes today, so I’m thinking China Glaze Electric Pineapple.

What’s on your nails?: OPI Conquistadorable Color on my toes. My fingernails are bare right now, but I think I want a red for the ballet. I am wearing black eyeliner and classic red lips to the performance.
Today I am going to visit my brother and play with Zoe the puppe! She’s getting to be such a big girl!

Haul: A few micas from Coastal Scents to check them out, and apart from that, just waiting on a couple of orders (Milani shadows, Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer palette) I placed last week!
Weekend Plans: Sleeping in, relaxing, and helping a friend shop for a new wardrobe (Yay!)

Haul- MAC Surf Baby- all of the eyeshadows except for the gray one, Summer Stash pigments (if that’s the name of the purple one) Solar Riche Bronzer, My Paradise blush, Bust Out lipstick, Hibiscus lipstick, the peachy colored lipglass, and one sun tint (the name escapes me). The make up artist at the MAC counter says to me you’re good for the whole summer lol… She doesn’t know me very well I’m sure I’ll be back.
Weekend Plans- after work drinks, then running and beach for saturday and sunday day, hanging with the boy, and Brides Maids with the girls sunday night.
Nails- hands and feet Essie Turquoise and Caicos.

Nail Polish! I found a beauty supply store that had Essie Polishes for $4 and OPI for $5. I also bought a gold glitter polish from Sephora–the OPI one with chunky pieces.
Haul: full size Too Faced Shadow Insurance, NYX eyeshadow trio (white pearl/silver/charcoal)-love it!, NYX lipstick in femme (my new favorite summer color! So bright and gorgeous!), Tarte Amazonian clay blush (blissful)
What’s on your nails: Timely Turquoise by Maybelline-i ordered the Silver shatter polish and I plan to put that on top when it comes!
Weekend plans: enjoying the first days of summer!

HAUL: MAC eyeshadow in Short Shorts, lipstick in Midimauve; mineralize foundation in NC15 (think it’s a little too light for this time of year, I might go back and get NC20).
WEEKEND: Relaxing, grocery shopping, hopefully painting my fence
NAILS: Toes – Zoya’s Ali (hot pink); Fingers – gel nails
Haul: Too Faced Natural Eye palate and UD Black Eyeshadow palate
Weekend plans: Gonna try to go to a BBQ. Clean my room.

Haul: The only things I’ve picked up were Suave Dry Shampoo (not terribly impressed) and my usual detangler.
Weekend plans: Work.
On my nails: I did a water marble, eight polishes total, so it’s way too much to list here. just look on my blog if anyone is interested. My toes are OPI Peace Baby with OPI Black Shatter.
Haul: Lots of nail polishes. ZOYA – Faye (now my favourite nail polish!), OPI – Ski Teal We Drop, Joe Fresh – Twilight and Matte Top Coat, Claire’s – Calm/Wild and Shy/Flirty mood polishes.
Weekend plans: Go to the gym, watch Kung Fu Panda 2, do some belated spring cleaning
Nails: Claire’s Calm/Wild on fingers (just trimmed my nails and they are now too short to see the colour change), ZOYA Faye on toes.
Haul: Kat Von D Painted Love Lipstick – Coral Castle and Stiletto, Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer – Porcelain.
Weekend plans: Do what I would love to do on my birthday next week, but on the weekend with my hubby. Trying to accommodate the family restaurant-wise is always a pain. Oh, and also a piano concerto at Segerstrom Hall. Get to glam up!
What’s on my nails: Zoya – Kara on toes and nothing yet on my fingers. Waiting a couple more days so it’s fresh for my birthday, but when I do, it’ll be Zoya – Sooki. And yes, I always say it in the Bill Compton voice. 😛
I didn’t really *need* another red creme, but honestly Bill Compton called out in my head and told me to buy it.

Haul: finally got my online order from Surf Baby- or at least most of it. Surf USA, Sun Blonde, and Strange Potion. Hibiscus was backordered but it should be here by next Tuesday. Philosophy Purity cleanser (I never spend that much on skincare, but I’m addicted) and Origins On-the-Spot treatment (heard lots of good things about it).
And I placed an order from NYX using the 50% off/free shipping code…but it’s gonna take 2-3 weeks to even process before it gets shipped…annoying.
Weekend plans: Work, shopping, working out, maybe go for a hike.

What’s on your nails: Clear nail polish on fingers cause my freaking nails always chip, on my toes I have Essie’s California Coral!
Glad I am not the only one who cannot use polish on fingernails. I chip like crazy no matter what. Then it’s pealing, and thin nails for weeks after a mani – no matter what I use to remove with. I have gone to almost always use using gobs of nail oils to hydrate my fingernails. …and leave the polish to my toes which look naked if I don’t have polish on them – I rarely go without a home pedi unless it’s just taken one off at night before bed, then will do them in the AM with color to avoid sheet marks if I don’t get them dry enough before I want to crawl in bed/under a cover up.
I snagged Cockney off a blog sale for $11.50 shipped. YES. Been wanting this forEVER!
Probably gonna go home for the weekend to see my dude. He only has a couple of weeks off before he leaves town on business again.
Zoya Raven is on my left hand… working up the patience to do my right hand. LOL

Haul: The Flighty Collection came out here, but I did not get any of the e/s, only Plum Reserve mascara.
Weekend plans: I’m going to have a pedicure, a ‘traditional’ one.
What’s on your nails: Nothing on finger nails, they are peeling. I don’t really wear polish on my toe nails.
Haul: Treated myself to some fun stuff at Chanel this week: Aqualumiere Foundation, Bronze Rose, Inimitable Mascara and the Universelle Pressed Powder. Also picked up that goofy little “bottom lash” Mascara by Clinique, a Diorshow Mascara and the Capture Totale Foundation by Dior (which is pretty awesome). AND THEN (holy crap I’m just realizing how much I spent this week) I got boxes from OCC (Loose Powder Pigments and a few of their new Tinted Moisturizers) and Frends Beauty Supply (replenishing by stock of scab making material and oozing blood! LOL)!
Weekend plans: If the weather is nice, hopefully working outside.

Haul: I just placed the order today, so technically it doesn’t count! But it’s the Sigma Cleansing and Polishing Tool. Can’t wait to try it!
Weekend plans: I’m going to be working for some hours both Saturday and Sunday but I also plan on working on my tan 🙂
What’s on your nails: I don’t have anything on right now. But hopefully some time next week I’ll enjoy looking at ZOYA Minka on my fingernails 🙂
Haul: Quo eyeshadow duo in Sahara Sands; Benefit’s The Porefessional primer and Clarins’s eye contour cream that has SPF 30 (I’m almost out and I use this pretty much every day)
Weekend plans: Planting a climbing rose and some clematis and starting to create a shade garden, going to the gym
What’s on your nails: fingers are bare but on my toes I’ve got OPI’s Cara Mia Crimson.

Weekend plans: Running in this gorgeous weather
What’s on your nails: on my finger nails – OPI Rally Pretty Pink with Red Shatter on the ring fingers, on the toes- I have OPI Not Like the Movies with Teenage Dream on top
Haul: some MAC, some stuff from Sephora. Most memorable, however, is the MAC pink teardrop sponge and Prep+Prime Refined Zone. OMG the best purchases I have ever made. The sponge is great when slightly damp, and the Refined Zone has done wonders for my large pores and the longevity of my foundation!
Weekend plans: Cleveland Zoo tomorrow, and I need to get an oil change!
What’s on your nails: MAC Ocean Dip on fingers, nothing on toes. I need a pedicure stat.

Mellan is SUPER crazy about the pool, so I could probably do anything to him, lol!

NYX Tango with Bronzing Stix in Merengue Flush (lOVE IT so far – seems similar to NARS multiples)
NYX loose pearl eyeshadow in mink pearl
Essence eyeshadow in Party All Night
NYX jumbo eye pencil in pure gold
and the Organix brazilian keratin therapy treatment. I had a regular BTK done in a salon a few months ago and LOVED it, but doing it regularly just isn’t in the budget–so I’m going to see how well this $15 kit works. Cross your fingers for me.
Haul: No beauty products this week. But I finished 3 products.
Weekend plans: Meeting friends on a birthday BBQ, expanding my english skills and doing nothing but reading Nicole Richies book on Sunday.

Haul: This week I got a big Rock & Repulic order in the mail, and I got the Teald Mac Eyeliner Pencil and Mac Magically Cool powder in truth and light which I love!
Weekend Plans: Just hangout! My summer class is done, so Im just going to work, start packing my apartment and watch movies 🙂
What’s on My Nails: Butter London Cheeky Chops, its been my go to summer shade.
