Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick, $25.00 (New, Permanent)
Editor’s note: These shades were originally released as part of a large holiday set (last year). There were seven new shades in the holiday set (review here); the two shades that have not released individually are Platinum Pearl and Hibiscus.
- Cognac Gilded chestnut
- Beach Bum Radiant peach
- Pink Lemonade Glimmering pink
- Champagne Heist Glittering champagne
- Bordeaux Brat Radiant berry
Bordeaux Brat looks like the perfect winter blush. I’m really happy it was released separately b/c I had no use for the huge collection of these they released during the last holiday season. It’s even better that it’s being released during the Sephora sale, so if I do decide to grab it I can get it at a discount.
I’m super into this! Would love more brands to extend their existing ranges instead of constantly introducing new formulas/products.
As I had previously wished for last year, Beach Bum, Cognac and Champagne Heist are baaaack!! Very good news. Looks like RiRi listens to her customer base!
Pretty, especially Bordeaux Brat. That one’s probably too dark for me. I’m interested in seeing Beach Bum and Pink Lemonade for my skin tone.
I’m thinking as a blush.. but you are still quite a few tones lighter than me.
I was thinking of it as a blush, too, but I’m still worried it might be too dark. I can’t remember how well these sheer out. I get away with Sleek Pomegranate. I should go back and look at the original reviews, those I suppose the permanent versions could be different.
That bordeaux could have my name all over it. I like the pink as well. My hair is currently a vibrant fuchsia at the roots faded to a pale lavender purple at the ends. I’m wearing a lot of pinks.
Bordeaux Brat was the only one I was truly craving when the original set was released. Might have to break my vow and buy something at Sephora.
Love all!
Just wondering: could we use it on our lips?!!!… a mixture of a lip balm with these beautiful colors… ; )
Love your makeup reviews!!! Thank you!
I really love Bordeaux Brat. I think it is rather dark for my skin tone but I can usually make a shade that is too dark, work on my cheeks if I use a lite hand. I had changed my mind about picking anything up at the Sephora sale as I haven’t needed any skin care items and really cutting back on my makeup purchases but I love this shade so I am going to get it.
