Estee Lauder Pink Zinc Shadow Paint Review, Photos, Swatches
Estee Lauder Pink Zinc Shadow Paint
Estee Lauder Pink Zinc Shadow Paint ($24.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a warm-toned, peach with a hint of beige and a frosted, metallic finish. bareMinerals Custom is very similar but more metallic. Le Metier de Beaute Nouvelle is lighter and pinker. Chanel Emerveille is a touch darker.
It had good color payoff, and it didn’t require layers and layers of product to get opaque color. The consistency is lightweight and creamy, and it glides on and smooths over the lid with ease. On the lid, it dried down fairly quickly, and once it set, the color didn’t crease at all over a twelve-hour period. I noticed some minor fall out, and the color seemed slightly faded after twelve hours but had been totally intact after ten hours. The consistency and feel of Estee Lauder’s Shadow Paints are interesting, because they feel very dry, almost as if they’d flake off, with a high shimmer/sparkle content, so they look lovely from afar.

Whoa! This appears to be a dupe for Shiseido Hydro powder that was recently discontinued. I may have to see this in person.
Would this color look good with Neon Fuschia? I’m hoping for a review of that color, too. Is it fuschia or purple?
I don’t have that shade, but I’m sure it would!
