I’ve just recently started wearing red lipstick & I’m loving it! I used to be just a nude lip kind of girl, but I’m slowly venturing out into trying bright lips. I wear a bright lip every now & then. 🙂
Bright colored lipsticks are sooo much fun but some are WAY too bright for me.

I like bright lip glosses, but bright lipsticks tend scare me off. I love orange right now.

I don’t wear bright lip colors all that often. I’m more of a dramatic eyes + nude lips kinda gal!
i gravitate towards brighter lipsticks and glosses but after i bring it home i verry rarely wear them because i do verry brightly colored eyes so i stick with a really nude lip most times…exept for when i wear red lipstick with a vintage look, thats always hot! lol
My lips are pretty pigmented and the light lipsticks never show up on me ;/

If i don’t feel up to the FULL brightness, I just rub a little lipstick on my hand, put a dollop of clear gloss near it, use a used wand to blend them and apply it over Hue, phlox or Cherish(my favorite “nude” colors) for a sheer wash of the brighter tone. Using an old wand prevents pigment from getting in the clear gloss!
But yeah, I actually tend to avoid wearing pale or nude lips. So I wear everything from bright red, to bright pink, coral, orange, plum, even “goth-y” dark colors. But then, I have strong lips, and with my face shape, I NEED a lot of color in them to balance out any strong eye makeup. So the defined shape of my lips looks better with a bright clear line, and my face looks better with some contrast to my(also) prominant eyes.
definitely! One of my favorite is Sephora’s Lip Attitude in Chic. Absolutely gorgeous bright fuschia/purple color. Plus it smells great!

There is nothing like a perfect red lip, and I love that I have the skin tone to wear it.
I do like bright lip colors but like you don’t wear them often enough :). I think I’ll pull them out this summer or when I’m done with student teaching in mid May.

Not really! I feel like bright lips look odd on me. I usually wear natural pinkish lip products. My brightest lipsticks are mac sweetie and viva glam vi se!
No…I like to keep all the focus on my eyes and go for a nude lip. But after the round up of all the pink lipsticks I might have to get more into the pinks.
Yes, I do wear bright lip colours, although not as bright as I’d like for two reasons: one is that I tend to wear colourful eye make up a lot, so can’t go mad with the lips, and two is that I usually only go on school runs and to the shops, so a really bright lip might look out of place. But I definitely wear color on my lips all the time, depending on what I manage to grab in the mornings, usually either lipstick or lipgloss.
I love wearing bright lip colours because it is much easier and faster than to wear bright colour eyeshadow. I really like to emphasize my lips as well. My favourite is hot pinks.
I wear bright lipsticks everywhere. To go grocery shopping, dinners, dates, to go jogging, pretty much every day.
My favorite bright lipstick has to be girl about town.
It makes me stand out and be different 🙂
There are some people who can absolutely rock a red or a bright lipstick,
but I don’t think I’m one of them : )
For my lips, I tend to go far more neutral or just use a lip balm or a nude, light pink lipstick, like Phlox or Plink! from mac.
I love bright lip colors, and I feel comfortable wearing them. I only don’t end up wearing them very often because, more often than not, I tend to wear more dramatic eye makeup – in which case I usually keep the lips toned down.
I seem to buy so many bright fuchsia lipsticks, though I rarely wear them. I got MAC Petals & Peacocks lately and it’s pure LOVE.

Yes, every now and then I do a simple gold or neutral eye (like today, heh!), soft glowy cheeks and them a bright pink or red lipstick.
Today I am wearing Elizabeth Arden Exceptional lipstick in Pink Vibration (which is quite possibly the pinkest lipstick on this planet) lightly blotted and then Jordana matte lipstick in Raphael over the top to warm it up a bit.
It’s pretty bright. 🙂
And I’ve just made up my mind to wear bright red tomorrow!
I love love love MAC’s Show Orchid & Pink Neaveou. The latest colour to my collection is Vegas Volt, its a great colour for Spring/Summer day wear!
I love bright colors, I stick to orange, coral, and occasional red lipstick. My favorite is Guerlain Corail Passion, Mango Fizz and Shu Uemura RD 165.

i stick to light pinks and neutrals.
plus i have braces, if i wear anything to bold its way way way to much…
although these past few weeks ive been wearing lip liner, and its amazing what it can do..

I have a medium color skin tone & i love wearing Elizabeth Arden Pink Vibrations….I love it! i just need to put a little bit of blush and a lot of mascara & it looks cute<3 I think everybody should try it<3
