Dior Light Bronze Dior Forever Natural Bronze Review & Swatches
Light Bronze (02)
Dior Light Bronze (02) Dior Forever Natural Bronze ($48.00 for 0.31 oz.) is a very light, peachy-brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had a smooth, more velvety texture with a touch of powderiness that was present in the pan–made the powder easy to pick up–but it sat beautifully on my skin as it looked more “natural matte” than full-on, flat matte.
It worked well over bare skin, too, which was a surprise as sometimes more matte finishes can look patchy or be reactive to natural oils. It had opaque color coverage that wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

It is supposed to be a powder brush that is long-wearing and "blends seamlessly" to yield a "natural healthy glow." They had semi-opaque to opaque, buildable color coverage with a particularly smooth, velvety consistency that looked almost cream-like applied to skin, yet was slightly powdery in the pan. The product applied beautifully to bare skin as well as over foundation and was particularly easy to blend out.
The bronzers had a slightly denser consistency, but they were yielding, which ensured a variety of brushes could be used to pick up product--fan brushes to dense, large bronzing brushes--for different levels of coverage or application methods. Applied, the blended bronzer looked like a natural matte: no visible shimmer or shine, but it wasn't flat or dry, and it didn't emphasize my skin's natural texture (e.g. dryness/flakiness). The formula lasted nicely for eight hours on me before showing signs of fading.

I was eagerly awaiting your review of this one! If/when stores reopen, I’m definitely going to check this out, even though bronzer isn’t really my thing very much so I’ll be trying to talk myself out of it, probably while I walk to the cash desk with it in my mitt!
I really like the shade and finish, but I don’t wear bronzer enough to justify the cost. I love the few Dior cheek products I own, so I won’t lie, this is still a bit tempting.
