Dior Birds of a Feather Collection is the brand’s fall collection, which includes two eyeshadow palettes, two blushes, and three lip pencils (which I didn’t purchase). Here are swatches!

I went to buy the green palette and it’s sold out ☹️☹️ It’s rare that i actually like an eye palette these days. I love that it’s on the green side of teal. Wish they made enough to last more than a week. Great swatches as always Christine.

I’m surprised by how much I like Nude Glide and since I don’t have anything similar at all (I don’t think), I may spring for that one. The e/s palettes appeal to me as objects to look at but the reds and pinks in each are problematic colours for me and the others are colours for which I likely have dupes. If they were coasters or napkins, I’d love them but as practical eyeshadows, they’d not be the wisest purchases.

Can I just copy all you said? 🙂
I don’t have problems with reds and pinks though, but the rest is true for me. I had hopes for both of these, but the palettes looks better than they swatch. Of course they could perform in a totally different way on the lids.
I’m saving a lot as I’m not getting any of the eyeshadow palettes, I’ll probably not get the Nude Glide blush either.

I looked at the dupes for the Nude Glide blush and realized it’s not for me. For some reason, I thought it was more of a warm, browned berry but seeing it swatched with its dupes, I saw that it’s really a coral blush and so not for me. Isn’t it funny about the eyeshadows? The colour combos are lovely – in a scarf, a length of fabric, etc. And you are right – the swatches don’t seem all that encouraging.

So it’s money saved to justify splashing out on the next big thing…(with autumn coming, there are bound to be a lot of temptations for me and I’m guessing for you too). Last fall, I treated myself to 2 of the “new” Dior 5-pans (we were between Lockdowns, I think, so I was able to get them in store) – New Look and Jungle. I am so happy with them that I think they’ll be hard to “top” – except for Christine’s Sydney Grace palettes, I’ve not been seriously tempted by much since then.
