From what I’ve seen on YT, these apply quite a bit more pigmented on cheeks than arm swatches, so my personal pics are lighter than one may expect! Faves? Warm Honey, Pink Dahlia and Sunkissed Bronze!
I saw swatches for these ‘bars of soap’ on Mel’s youtube and picked up Mojave Mauve and Pink Dahlia. They are pigmented! I usually go for sheerer formulas, but whatever sins created with the blush can easily be remedied by the shimmer side. I love that Mulberry shade, but I think it might be too deep for my complexion and the shimmer for that duo definitely is.
I ordered Pink Dahlia and holy moly it was so much darker and pigmented than I expected! Still trying to figure out how to make it work.
I got the wrong shades in my last BoxyCharm. I got medium/dark and I’m probably one of the whitest white people in America! It’s a lovely palette but too dark! I haven’t tossed it (yet) although they credited my account. My suggestion is to use lightly and maybe use a setting powder. They usually tone down blush and highligter.
Some of these look lovely and the shimmer sides all look almost liquid or like they’re lit from within….
I thought I’d want the peach but the pink looks so pretty on you Christine! Think I’d like to see these in person… lol like I need another blush.
Kinda loving the suntan bronzer too.
Some really nice options there! Mulberry is intriguing and mysterious. 😉
Been really curious about these, looking forward to your review! ?✨
I picked up the peach one and she really is pretty. You do have to use a very light hand when applying these but the quality of the product is superb. The highlight isn’t glittery but a pretty glow that blends into the light finish of the blush.
These look really good – love the Soft Peach duo and I hope they rate well.
I own warm honey pink dahlia and the sun kissed bronze all of which I love…. very pigmented
Thanks so much. Initially drawn to the darker tones, but knowing how intense they are, probably the mid ranges would be better. Glad I recognized that these are try before you buy; they aren’t out near me yet.
WOW! So pretty!!
I saw these in store and those pinks are so bright! Looking at your swatches, the mauve is more of a pinky mauve. Ironically, my pale self picked up the cinnamon one and have really been enjoying it. It reminds me a lot of the blush from the Becca Be A Light palette, which i have almost hit pan on.
These are quite pretty! If I had a darker skintone, I’d be all over Sweet Mulberry. Soft Peach, Pink Dahlia, and Mojave Mauve might work on me, though, with a fluffly brush and light hand. The shimmer sides are stunning and would probably mute the matte side a bit, too.
I heart these. I started out with only one, Mojave Mauve, and loved it so much that I now have purchased all of the blushes. My complexion is light-medium and I can make each of them work, plus the darker shades with be just fine when I have a bit of a tan. I never go for bronzers but I like the blushes so much that I’m toying with the idea of getting those, too (although I may hold off until someone has a coupon or sale). I’m no expert but I highly recommend.
