ColourPop Spotlight Pressed Powder Highlighter ($10.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a very bright and light pink with moderate, warm undertones and a smooth, luminous sheen. It was intense without being metallic, so it wasn’t prone to emphasizing skin texture.

Semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation
Smooth, lightly emollient texture; no powderiness
Applied evenly and blended out easily
Long-wearing (8 hours before fading visibly)

The powder highlighter is supposed to have a "high-shine" finish with "high colour intensity." In general, ColourPop's pressed highlighter powders have a smooth, moderately dense texture that was soft enough to be picked up easily by a brush but not kick up any powder in the pan. The formula was semi-opaque to opaque but easily sheered out for less shine and coverage if desired. There were a few shades within the range that emphasized my skin's natural texture slightly but most did not. The wear ranged from seven and a half hours to nine hours.

Very Light, Pink undertones. Normal-to-Dry skin.

Really, really pretty! I wish I could just go in to Shoppers Drug Mart or Walmart and buy this in person!

Pretty, but I know that it’s not for my coloring. I really could see this being a stunner on at least a few friends with lighter, non-olive coloring, though!

I must say it’s a very good looking highlighter.
I have some annoying health issues right now, but when they are sorted I feel I will need a treat, it could be an order from CP and if so this would absolutely be included.
