Using the Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette, blend “Whiskey” into the crease. On the inner half of the lid, pat on “Dirtysweet” and on the outer half tap on “Radar.” Blend out the top of the crease with “Combust” and highlight the brow bone with “Thirteen.” Highlight the inner corner with “High” and smudge “Radar” on the lower lash line. Using “Whiskey” create a smoked out winged liner on the upper lash line. Finish the look with mascara and pair with a rosy lip.
