I’m most excited to see Skyscraper and CG in the City in person! I love fall, but we just got summer weather, so I can hold off for a bit.

Hmm. I’m not quite sold on it yet, I see a few colors I might like, but I think I’ll have to wait for swatches to decide.

Westside Warrior looks like it’ll own my life. I love “ugly-pretty” colors. Trendsetter…I wish it was a creme. I would love to find a dirty-mustard creme polish. I like yellow shimmers in the bottles but they are usually so sheer that I pass. Other than the glitters, everything else seems to not be terribly unique but I’m not sure if I’d love the glitters enough to buy them.

I’m thinking it’s going to be an ironically “green” Autumn for me 🙂 I’m in love with Westside Warrior. I’m also in love with Zoya’s Yara and Chanel’s Peridot.

At over 600 polishes in my collection I should be able to just walk away, but china glaze is an old favorite so I’ll be picking this up as soon as I can get my hands on it…

Read where they are out in the UK for retail…but not in the US until around Mid to some say July 20th. As slow as my Sally’s is to get much in – I bet I won’t see them until Aug.

I am excited for the Uptown collection mostly and hoping that Sally’s sells them in the boxed collections at a discount vs. all open stock.

Does anyone know if these will be made available individually? I’m not completely sold on the sets, but I do really like CG in the city.

Deb Avatar

Well, colour me screwed because I want half the collection. I can totally see myself getting 2 from the uptown one and maybe 4 from the downtown one. Oy >_<

I thought I wanted about 4 of them, but when I saw them the other day I bought 8 and am kicking myself for not getting all of them. (Even the pinks/reds/purple are unique enough [to me] to justify. They’re the ones I skipped.) I’m wearing Westside Warrior today and it may well be the very best of a half-dozen dark olive greens that I have. It definitely matches a few brand new Fall ’11 clothing items I just got – not too yellow, not too blue, not too weak, not too dark. Perfect. I can’t wait to wear Brownstone and Trendsetter, too.
