Nancy, I was similarly puzzled. I went to the Chanel web site. When I scrolled down below the description, there are illustrations of the colors on light, medium and deep complexions. In some complexions and lip colors the sparkle is noticeable and beautiful. In others, not so much. If I needed lippies, I’d be tempted.

This looks absolutely delightful. I am sure it will be ridiculously priced and maybe not even as good on the lips as some cheaper formulas from other brands, but… I am still tempted.
