New formulas, textures, combinations! I also feel like my enthusiasm is often related to how readers respond to new products in general.
My least favorite thing that Maybelline does is heavily scent (to the point where they sometimes result in off-tastes) their lip products. I love their lipsticks, which have always been one of their strongest areas.
