The real rant is the price point — just really, really expensive. I like some of the smaller formats the brand has done in the last year or so, and I hope we see more of those. The brand has some exceptional formulas, and I love the color stories in most of their palettes.

I really do love both and see a place for both in my routine/collection, but I definitely reach for pre-made palettes more often if I am returning to something… probably out of ease.

How do eyeshadow singles fit into your routine?
I keep my singles by brand, so it tends to me if I want to do a particular set of colors and don’t want to open a bunch of pre-made palettes, then I’ll go to brand xyz and pick and choose what I need. I don’t spend a lot of time with singles unless I am testing new ones, though.
