I love warmer gold highlighters on myself more than cooler-toned ones (which are often more white gold or have a cooler gold-warmer gold shift a la NARS Albatross). I find gold to work well on my skin tone and pair well with a lot of blushes/bronzers, too.

I like anywhere from 4 to 12! I like quads because they can be paired with existing palettes, and they can offer a certain style of look without having to be “cohesive.”
I am an eyeshadow maximalist, so I tend to use a lot of shades per look. When I pull out a quad, it’s usually as a companion to a larger palette.
