I purchase from mostly “mainstream” brands from mid to luxury. I also purchase from drugstore brands (far more than what you see covered here, I have lots of “grand plans” that I’m never able to find time for!), but I often prioritize the mid-to-high-end as there may be less reviews...
It’s something I struggle to use, I think. I tend to over-apply, because I’m so used to more medium coverage/buildable coverage formulas! I love when they have a lighter-weight feel and don’t appear caked on, because sometimes you NEED that coverage level.
