I don’t have a set amount per month so much as I look at spending by season (which is mostly by quarter) and allocate more spending towards the second half of the year (holiday is pretty intense).

Mostly raves–I love a great highlighter! They’re a definite weakness. I don’t like when they’re really, really pigmented and metallic, though, as I tend to personally opt for more medium-level highlighters that are buildable.
