I got the black chocolate eyeshadow from this collection because it makes a gorgeous shadow liner. It’s not black but still dark. I have wanted it since seeing it in a pixi2woo video so I got it as soon as I could. It looks like its going to be added into the permanent rage though, which is good.

I like the idea here, but I like color coordination. It appeals to the slightly compulsive person in me who wants everything to match and look right together. I may pick up a few items from this collection.

I’m not one for neutrals and yet, I love how all of this looks! I particularly love the darker L/E sparkly eyeshadows. But I’m a bit confused on the other 4, non-sparkly ones. I have 2 of the shades (Taupe and Cement) and I know my mother has Bone, so have they just put their regular eyeshadows into sets to show what colours would go great together? Rhetorical question, since you probably don’t know. Anyway, I’m also really interested in the lipsticks, esp. if they’re matte like the other ones I have from her. They’re a great formula and stay on quite a long time. I hope you review some of these products.

Ah, got it, thank you. I’m glad they’re promoting those eyeshadows. I think BB has really lovely neutral eyeshadows — despite all the terrible memories of work that they bring back. lol. Perhaps I need to erase the bad mental association by getting sparkly Cement, that Pink Rose blush and some lipsticks… 😉 It’s crazy how drawn I am to this collection. Quite rare for me, given how I normally feel about neutrals.

I think this is a great collection! Neutrals are what Bobbi Brown does best! I really want to get my hands on some of these for sure! Gotta put it on my wishlist for my birthday or Christmas, unless Bobbi Brown would magically send me some products to review on my blog!

This looks promising. I don’t have a lot of Bobbi Brown’s makeup, but I really like the overall feel of this collection. I’ll definitely check out this collection next time I’m at the department store.

I’m not usually that keen on Bobbi Brown, but I’m finding myself enjoying these simple combinations strangely enough. Perhaps it is a breath of fresh air from all the intense and berry coloured shades we have been seeing for fall 2012. I’m very attracted to the black/brown shades. I love their seductive and sultry look.

I usually don’t go for these neutral nude shades (I think I’m still in the ‘bright’ stage of makeup buying, like first drinking sweet when you first start on alochol…then slowly migrating to drier flavours), but I actually really like this collection. It took a second look, the lipstick caught my eye first and then the light pink blush. I’ll check it out but I won’t be running there all the same.

I saw Uber Suede in Nordstrom’s today and really liked it. I didn’t realize it was part of a collection. I’m going to have to go back and see the other colors that go with it.

just saw these colection yesterday , the sparkle ones are cute, but they have a lot of fall outs, a lot!!!!! and here in Mexico they cost around of 37 usd…. and a Burberry eyeshadow cost around 32…a big NOOOOOOO

Bobbi used to be known for her amazing brown based neutrals, but then was bought by Estee Lauder and became like all the other btands, with seasonal colors and old lady oranges, corals and pinks. Glad to see she’s headed back to her roots. I can only wear the brownish neutrals because the strong pink undertones in my redhead skin turn colors on my face, lips and eyelids!! I really miss her her Malted lipstick, mocha stain lipstick, golden brown lipstick, etc. I’ve never been able to use her blushes, too bright! Can’t wait to see these, the Desert Twilight line at end of summer was a step in the right direction. I splurged on the bronzer palette and the eye shadow palette, despite the fact the the quality of the blush was not as velvety as usual, and the eye palette had only 3-4 out of 8 usaable colors. These colors are just so hard to find that I had to have them until I can find dupes. Any suggestions for lines that still sell neutrals in their permanent collections? I’m looking forward to MAC’s Middle Eastern lip colors as well. At the MAC counters I was at this weelend, no SA’s had even heard of them. I recommended them to their own websites!! Thanks for keeping us ahead of the salespeople! Hopefully, I’ll never miss a chance to get the colors I like again. Some of us just are not in stores that often, you let me know when I have to make it my busness to go. I haven’t ordered make up from a website yet, just don’t trust the colors and don’t want to live at the post office returning things. So Swatches are amazing. Thank you again for your hard work.
