Oh, wow! Some interesting & unusual colors here ! Looks like some of the glosses might go with that MAC pastel lip palette from the Mia Moretti collection. I’m very curious, want to see some swatches and lip looks

My immediate thought is: the first half are all shades that are going to settle into the lip lines and look patchy.

My second thought is: the second half will look more similar than different because they’re sheers.

It looks so pretty in the box, but I feel like this is one of those ones you really should wait and see on.

Aesthetically, these are very pleasing to me. But, since they are supposed to be sheer I can see a lot of the paler colors looking very similar and so not really worth haveing so many. I wish this came it like a “part one” and “part two” set up so I could get the darker shades but leave all of the pastels!

They look so pretty in the box!! I have a feeling some of these will be sheer on the lips (“watercolor”)? Can’t wait for your review!

do you know the product sizes christine? i assume that it’ll be smaller versions of their normal sizes but at only $49.00 for the whole package, i also hope it’s not teeny tiny bottles…

This is tempting. The last thing I need is more glosses. I have a couple of Bite glosses. They’re okay. They don’t really wear too long for me. But, many glosses don’t.I’m not sure if this is the same formula or not. If this reviews well and the colors don’t all sheer out to look the same, I may consider. This would be cool as a sheer lipstick set.

My first instinct is that I want this…reacting, I think, mostly to the beauty of presentation (which is half the appeal, right?). Practically speaking, though, lip gloss is not a product I reach for all that often. It’s just so stunning though. I’d probably keep them pristine in the box. So inappropriate.

I hope these get better grades than I think they will. The first half look like they’re going to settle and look super-funky due to the white base and pastel colors. The last half look like they’re going to be more similar than not, since there’s two each orange/coral, pink, and purple. Hopefully, they don’t have the same horrid flavor that the rose gloss collection had.

Veronica Avatar

It’s an interesting concept, but my experience with pastel lipglosses makes me nervous about those more offbeat shades…

Pastel green lip gloss?! Well, color* me intrigued.

I don’t really like gloss or glossy textures very much personally, but as a watercolor artist by trade I feel like I am almost obligated to give this a second look. Plus… pastel green lip gloss. What is that gonna look like?! Is it going to be the barest hint of a green tint, is it going to be a weird melon candy color… I simply must know! I am definitely interested in seeing how this turns out if you review it.

*pun intended

I can’t stop looking at these. Or thinking about them. I’m not even sure how I’d wear them! But I bought their last lip gloss collection and it was worth every single penny, so I’ll be buying these too.

Madelyn Avatar

I just bought this. Jc penny sephora had it out. I’ve been playing with it. Yes, the pastels are sheer. Half of the colors are pigmented, mostly the pinks and reds. The applicator is a full doe foot and is nice. The flavor is fruit punch. I really like them. They are bite glosses for less than $5 each!!!!

Dia Avatar

Oooh these colors are so interesting and tempting! Luckily I still have a strong enough memory of the lanolin scent in my other Bite glosses that I can resist. I’m so happy that unusual lip colors are becoming more and more mainstream though.
