These are so lovely; why, why, WHY must they be manually sharpened?! Come on Bite, join us in the new(ish) melinium!
I might break down and buy a couple if they’re unique enough, but I HATE pencils i have to sharpen; it seems like I waste so much product that way.
Does anyone else feel the same, or is it just me?

Six of one, half a dozen of the other. There is waste, but you also get more product than in twist up pencils, so it’s a wash for me.

Yes, as an artist if your working on a clean sharp edge to the lip it’s much harder to get with a twist up liner. Plus I believe* they store longer when in pencil form. Less chance of mold growth surrounded by wood.

Yes, a sharper point is possible with manually-sharpened pencils, that’s true.
Less chance of mold growth in wooden pencils? Interesting…
The color portions of most nonautomatic pencils I’ve used (many, many different kinds, from all price points) seem to be weaker than their self-sharpening counterparts.

Muted orange has me curious how that would look under UD Nocturnal Vice in Fireball. I freaking love that lipstick!!! Since I’m mentioning it, does anyone know of a dupe that has that same shift? Or a similar shift? I should have bought a backup!!!
