Bite Beauty Launches 12 Shades of Matte Creme Lip Crayons for Fall 2014
Bite Beauty Matte Creme Lip Crayons for Fall 2014
BITE Beauty is introducing their Matte Crème Lip Crayon,BITE’s breakthrough matte yet moist formula that delivers a bold wash of color in a range of shades perfect for fall.
Naturally derived orange peel wax is extracted from organic oranges and provides the same benefits to this juicy fruit as it does for lips: naturally protects and seals in moisture while providing a waterproof layer on the surface of lips. These long-wearing creamy crayons boast rich, wearable color while delivering a delicious burst of citrus scent upon application.
Premium triple-milled pigments provide powdery-light, vibrant color, while organic fruit butters, jojoba and castor oil leave lips baby-soft and hydrated. The unique matte finish adds a level of sophistication and versatility to these timeless shades, without drying the lips
Five milligrams of antioxidant rich Resveratrol fights free radicals that cause aging around the lip line. The twist-up pencil and built-in sharpener offers precise application for achieving a one-swipe bold finish. For smoothest finish, exfoliate lips with Whipped Cherry Fruit Scrub prior to pencil application.
BITE Beauty is created with natural and food-grade ingredients for beauty that’s better for you. BITE Beauty lip products do not contain parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, phthalates and is certified gluten-free.

I don’t understand the two “parts,” but yay for mattes!
Crikey!
I was about to put the pin in on some D&G classic cream lipsticks, but since matte is my all time favourite finish, these need to be higher up the list. I want them all.
Double Crikey!
Just playing catch up with the posts and Kat Von D lippies.. with mattes… with vampy mattes.. *dies*
Triple Crikey – whatever “crikey” means … 🙂
In my case, it means “Oh, no; my budget is doomed!
Haha..missed this post Carla. Just revisited the post to try and figure out when the next 6 wallet killers would appear on Sephora. Doomed!
Absolutely lovely launch. My only niggle is that its available in Sephora but unfortunately doesnt ship to India. I can’t wait for you to swatch them Christine.
Amaretto and Aubergine *.*
I can’t wait to see reviews! Those are two colours I had planned on buying next time. I’m only interested in Part 2.
I could go for just about all of them, except Leche and Amaretto, which look to be too brown for me.
The reds and wines look tempting, though – I love deep lip colors for fall. 🙂
Yes, I’m not interested in Leche either but I think Amaretto is the peachy orange colour in the picture? I’m not sure because these promotional images can be so misleading.
But I agree about the wines. They look gorgeous.
between this and the new kat von d lipsticks, I foresee my wallet taking a beating this fall. and yet … I’m already coveting so many of these shades! definitely need to see swatches of peche, fraise, framboise, brandy, aubergine, and truffle.
They look so gorgeous lined up like that! Waterproof is very nice..if they can come up with something thats meal/oil-proof that would be luvly!!! Everything is pretty much gone on me after a meal ! The swatch for Tatin & Sucre look tempting but lets see when they hit the stores..theyll probably be a totally different colour lol.
Ooh I’m excited for these!
I love the High Pigment Lip Pencils so I welcome these matte pencils with open arms. Just hope the formula is good and non-drying.
I was wondering what you are wearing on your lips in your picture? Pretty!
These look amazing! Do you know if these are permanent, Christine?
The press release said new (no mention of limited edition), so they are probably permanent.
They look like pretty colours!
Hi Christine! So happy they’re bringing back the Matte Creme Lip Crayon! Do you know if these will be LE or P?
The press release said they’re adding new shades, and there was no mention of limited edition.
These are very tempting. :). I just wish that the formula didn’t include “naturally derived orange peel wax”; citrus of any kind is an irritant to skin, and very drying. 🙁
I’m going to give these a try, but my hopes aren’t too high.
Oh goodness I just love Bite Beauty! I ordered Pêche, Framboise & Sucré! I’m hoping to grab the J. Crew versions too!
I’ve been impressed with Bite Beauty’s formula since trying their lip glosses. But I really don’t need anymore lipsticks, I do appreciate that these are matte though.
Christine, are these the same ones as the ones thar were LE a while back and got a Temptalia Recommends? If they are, I am definitely getting some!
Same formula but different shades I believe!
I’m obsessed with Bite Beauty, so I’ll have to get a bunch of these! Look at those beauties on the end!
There doesn’t seem to be a color like the now discontinued Grape. So disappointing! 🙁
Ah! I love these! Blood Orange has been my summer lip; I can tell Peche is soon going to join my stash!
I can’t wait to see swatches!
I always look forward to your posts!!
Thanks, Deborah!
YES!!
I’m so excited for these I might die. I absolutely adore the four I bought this spring (Blood Orange, Sweety, Satsuma, and Grape), but they’re all so boldly… I think neon is the best word to describe them… that they’re a bit daring for me to wear at work, where I do a lot of my makeup wearing. (I do it anyway, though, because screw it.)
I do hope they bring back this spring’s LE shades, though, so I can replace mine when they inevitably run out. They’re so essential to my collection.
The design of these is definitely what I’ve been waiting for in a lip crayon. They look thin and precise, maybe even lipliner-esq, which can sometimes be an issue when your chubby sticks lose their point and become an unprecise nub.
Gorgeous Reds in the collection.. <3 <3 waiting for you to drill them down!! 🙂
Don’t these seem too much like there high pigment matte pencil? It’s like there putting a dupe to there own product. I’m really interested in seeing how different the two are.
Sucre and Tatin look really pretty, but I’m sure I have a dozen dupes already. Still…Bite matte lip crayons are very tempting! Looking forward to your swatches, Christine!
I swatched amaretto, tatin, sucre and peche and they’re all stunning, will be picking some up for sure
