Benefit Skinny Jeans Creaseless Cream Shadow Review, Photos, Swatches
Benefit Skinny Jeans Creaseless Cream Shadow
Benefit Skinny Jeans Creaseless Cream Shadow ($20.00 for 0.16 oz.) is described as a “pretty pewter.” It’s a dirty taupe brown with a sprinkling of champagne shimmer and a metallic sheen. It runs slightly cool-toned on the skin and in the pot; it may look even cooler-toned on those with naturally cool complexions. MAC Silver Birch is lighter, grayer. MAC Modern Pewter is much lighter. Skinny Jeans
PPermanent. $20.00.

I love this one, did the formula stay the same? I have the one in the old packaging, love it!
Same formula!
I absolutely adore Skinny Jeans (but the name is so misleading – I passed it by for a while, thinking it would be a faded denim blue shade). What’s odd though is that in your photos, in the pan it looks far more brownish than what I have (the “old” packaging) which leans somewhat more to the grey side of taupe.
I compared the two side-by-side, and they’re the same!
So it’s just how things show up on my computer. I figured that was probably what it was but you never know with some of these companies. Thanks, Christine!
My favorite cream shadow! I need to start wearing it more often.
I *need* this one! I don’t typically get too excited by cream shadows, but this would be amazingly versitile as a base shade. It reminds me a bit of the taupe cream liner in the Smashbox Softbox Eye Palette, which is what I’m currently using.
This reminds me a bit of my Bobbi Brown Longwear Shadow in Galaxy, which I love!
so it was sold out for weeks in some countries!!
Pretty color. I don’t think many people would NOT like it 🙂
Christine, will you please share it if you use this product in a look? Thank you!
There’s a photo of it applied to the eye in the post!
ok I am a little bit in love. Into the shopping cart it goes!
I love skinny jeans, its one of those cream eyeshadows that doesnt just work well as a base, it looks fantastic on the lid and with Shadowy lady in the crease
I use this as a base for MAC Silver Birch (which runs a little sheer), and it’s the perfect complement to intensify the pewter shade. I love this for a smoky look, because the pewter is so much more interesting than a humdrum silver, but gives the same sparkle. Looks great with brown eyes.
Oh, how sexy it looks on! I like the depth the color provides.
I love skinny jeans! I saw Lisa Eldridge use it once in a tutorial and loved it. Immediately had to purchase it!
This is one of the shades I like most from this line… still looks a bit frosty for me, though
That looks great! 🙂 How do you apply it?
I use MAC’s 249!
I hear about this shade ALL the time but for some reason, it’s not quite the color I imagined it would be. Still, it’s pretty and I know it’s gained “HG” status among many for a reason–must definitely swatch it next time I’m at Sephora!
You can’t go wrong with a good taupe! I love the look of this. I’ll have to think on it a bit before buying it. I try to limit the amount of cream shadows I have, since they just love to crease on me. I’d love it as a liner, though!
I’ve been wearing this for almost 16 hours now and it has not faded or creased a bit. I was like, “I need to tell Christine about this miracle!” It’s unreal… I’m half tempted to wear it to sleep just to see how it will look in the morning
YAY! I’m so glad it’s working so well for you, Lauren! 😀
LOL!
