Oh my gosh!! This is so cute!
This is beyond precious.
I don’t think a makeup brush has ever made me cry before, unless I accidentally poked myself in the eye with it.
Right? How dare they tempt me with a brush to commemorate sweet Hachiko.
The story of Hachiko really tugs at the old heartstrings! Is it crazy that I first learnt about this from an old episode of Futurama? Their episode was inspired by the true story of Hachiko. Just heartbreaking. I may have to invest in this for the love of Hachiko and the unrivalled loyalty of doggies for the owners x
He’s the Akita who waited at the train station for his deceased owner, right? That could be a must have for us dog people. Someone should issue a Balto brush (the dog that brought the vaccine from Anchorage to Nome, to whom the Iditarod is informally dedicated.) Never quite understood why Balto’s statue is in Central Park…. A Balto brush could go with an ice/snow/Alaska theme.
Togo was actually the real hero.Balto and hiw team did only the last part of the trip.
I want this brush ! I love the story of Hachiko.
Oh gosh, I have rarely wanted something as much as I want this!
If I had $80 lying around, I would buy this just to tell people it is made from dog hair! ?It is adorable, and as a blonde/buff/yellow dog owner, I do wish I had the $$$ to spend since the little watercolor does vaguely resemble my pup.
Just to gross you out…when i lived on the Eastern Shore in the 80s, a handmade yarn shop that spun the yarn, would make sweaters from your shed dog hair. Not sure i wanted to have a sweater that smelled like malamute. Never could decide if that was totally creepy or a good idea. I think the former.
So, uh, a dog is beloved but a goat… uh, nobody cares about this poor goat. I kinda hate this launch.
It’s adorable but my cats would not approve ?
Neither would mine. Lol
Omg, that’s super sweet!
I could cry!!!
The story of Hachiko makes me tear up and the movie wasn’t bad either. I think it’s a bridge too far to name a brush (whose bristles are from a goat) after a dog though. I understand the desire to do so, but just think that the product is too close to the object (another animal) being memorialized.
This is really cute but I don’t support animal hair cosmetic brushes. Aand I’m not careful enough to have a ceramic handle on anything I own.
