Loving the peachy tones! It seems as though many of the spring 2015 collections are rather ethereal and muted, almost “pastel”? While I love them on fairer compexions, not so sure how the eyeshadow eyeshadows in either this or some of the other new collections, ie; Laura Mercier, would work on my C4.5 olive skintone?

Its a cue set but not a must. Macys also has it for sale there website states the lip gloss is only a half size tube .07oz, ulta also states the same. Full price for half tube and the lipstick price is also more than the permanent colors. It’s something i have to see in person before i can decide. Definitely not liking the price increase. Seems like every brand keeps going up.

The lipsticks are the only things that look good to me. I doubt that I buy anything from this collection though. I’ve already bought tons of stuff from the regular holiday collection and from QVC holiday items.

This also looks really dull, blah and murky to me (an earlier palette – can’t recall which one – had the same murky, muddy sort of look). Nothing here says “Springtime/aren’t we glad dark, grey winter is OVER” to me. Brown-ish peachy nude lipsticks? No thanks! I guess too, as someone who doesn’t wear peach or coral, that I have to wonder where the originality and creativity are when companies offer coral and peach as basis for their Spring lip and cheek launches.

I picked up “Express Yourself” yesterday after a lengthy hunt for the perfect peach/coral this spring. I’m really pleased, because I was having a hard time finding something vibrant that didn’t read really orange or hot pink. Plus, this lipstick is just so easy to wear, it’s really nice.
