We all know know I’m buying that Glow Kit! I have every release so far, no turning back now ?

If it reviews well, I’ll probably get the eye palette as well. I’ve been dying to try ABH shadows but I skipped Mod Ren because those colors really don’t flatter my skin tone and were out of my comfort zone. This, on the other hand, is right in my wheelhouse! I know not everyone agrees, but I think the 75/25 split of shimmer to matte is perfection (I only use matte shades for my crease).

I have to say you would be truly surprised how subtle the REN palette can be. I layer those super bright colours over others to fantastic results. This one looks like so many others. That’s just my two cents, Julia. You know where your comfort zone is far better than me 😀

Julia, I am the same as you, only with the eyeshadow palettes. When Anastasia releases a new eye shadow palette, I buy it immediately. I don’t need to even know the color scheme. All of them have worked very well for me. And while Modern Renaissance is a fine palette, in my opinion her releases of 2014 and 2015 were better.

FWIW, I don’t own anything like the colors in the Ren palette, but I like stepping outside my comfort zone so I got this. I was surprised by how well the palette worked for me. It is the only palette I own that I could throw in my bag for the weekend and feel confident that I’d be ok with just one palette. Some of the reds look more purple when you wear them than they do in the pan.

Curious about the Mario shadow palette, there’s been so much hype on it, definitely looks like fall/winter colors. And the Glow Kit, looks great of course, not that I need another highlighter…..

Since I use my Mod. Renaissance palette several days a week, I’m very tempted by this eyeshadow palette even though the more rational part of my brain keeps reminding me I don’t do so well in darker a/o cooler shades. So — I’ll try this in stores and see what happens.

the palette looks very nice but i have plenty of similar shades so can’t imagine buying … though of course there’s always the possibility of a moment of impulse madness

So far, this Mario palette just hasn’t been moving me. I believe that I already own enough of these darker, dusky neutral shades across palettes and singles, but perhaps your future review will change my mind. Will say, there are a few shades here that I do like a lot: Bronx, Muse and NYC.

can she bring back es palette that were in the 30s range in dollar amount price. i liked that her palettes were cheaper than most, but that’s stopped now. don’t tell me “they are good value and each es is like 2 dollars and you’ll never use it up”, you can say all that for es that used to be in $30s too (only a few years ago) since i already have a lot of makeup now, it’s easier for me to pass up good stuff cos it’s expensive. i know we’re all makeup lovers here, but if you remove that crown for a second, es palettes are getting expensive now.

I already know I’m grabbing both the glow kit and the eyeshadow palette, I’m a total sucker for these ABH releases! The eyeshadow palette has already been highly recommended by Mary Greenwell, one of my favourite MUAs.

I’m new to ABH – got the Mod Ren and Sweets Glow Kit a couple of months ago when I realised they do international shipping and was not disappointed. Super stoked they released the glow kit on the same day as the Mario palette, I’ve ordered them both sight and swatched unseen because I am 99% confident they are going to be top quality and gorgeous.

Christine, do you happen to know the pan sizes on the Master Palette? I already ordered it @ 3:30am EST lol but I’m super curious if they’ll be a little bigger than the MR palette bc there are less shades. & is it LE?? There’s no specifics on the ABH site on either….
Thank you in advance!!! 🙂

If I don’t get the eyeshadow pallette I know I’ll regret it later, so I guess I should plan on getting it. I don’t know if that lipstick shade will work for me though, so I do need to try it before I buy it.

Are you sure Allison is permanent? I thought Sephora had it listed as limited edition? I had once heard a rumor about Anastasia bringing back So Hollywood for the holiday. Is that true?

Sorry, I did not purchase Allison. I swatch many Anastasia products, just not all of them – I cannot buy everything they release, sorry!
