Some of the colors are rather pigmented, while others are sheer (and they are labeled as such), but most are in the middle. They also have some that are full of glitter, but don't feel gritty. They are extremely moisturizing. If in a pinch, these can be used as a lip balm. They have a tingly/minty feeling when you first put them on that fades over time.
