About this Story
A recreation of Melt Cosmetic’s Christmas Town palette for their Nightmare Before Christmas collection using items I have in my makeup collection already. I felt a closer shade to the mid tone green shimmer would be Stringtown from Sydney Grace but even that was lacking the brightness. I strangely couldn’t get very close dupes with any of the shimmers which makes me curious about the palette in person – I feel it looks different in nearly every photo and swatch! Also several of the shades I used are shades from other Melt Cosmetics and Tim Burton collabs which is funny that they make an appearance again.
