We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I don’t think I have tried enough to have an opinion. I do know that I purchased from an Etsy seller and didn’t care for the chunkiness of the shadows but otherwise I only have Clionadh, Chaos and Devinah. I like the Chaos ones that I purchased but I had trouble with the packaging when it arrived and they took their sweet time about addressing the issue, even though they said that they would make it good. I doubt I will ever purchase from them again.

Yes, it wasn’t a great experience. I had a new cart started because I was just sure they were going to be amazing and they are nice but when they finally shipped, the package arrived and they were in a tiny little box that had been completely torn apart and there was a hole in the side and all the shadow but one had been lost. I certainly understand that how the package arrived isn’t really their fault except that they should have used a better box. When I contacted them and after sending pictures of the box and the one shadow I did get, they promised to replace them right away. So much time went by that I messaged them again and asked for a status report and they never responded. I assumed I would never hear from them again but about a month after the second message, a box appeared and it had the missing shadows. No note or anything. I imagine they may still be making shadows in their kitchen but if you want to grow your business, it starts with customer service.

Love Multichrome eye shadows. Colourpop’s liquid multi chrome eye shadows were hard to blend out evenly and barely shifted colors. Was disappointed that I brought several of them. Also didn’t like Natasha Denona’s multi chrome shadows in the Triochrome palette.

Despite agreeing that the chromes are not very multichrome in ND’s palette, if I could ever find one at a sale price, I’d purchase it. It’s such a unique color scheme, so much so I’ve recreated it almost entirely, but I’d still want hers. Mel Thompson made some great looks with the palette and she definitely shared that the triochromes where weak on the shifts and a little dull.
