What kind of texture do you prefer in a lipgloss?
I like some tackiness, as I find it adds to longevity, prevents it from getting into lip lines, and even helps with hydration.

I actually don’t wear lip gloss because I can’t stand sticky/tacky textures. I’d rather have a slippery balm or a lipstick that dries down matte.
I’ll take a bit of tackiness over something that feels oily/greasy any day! Some of my personal favorites are as follows: MAC Lipgloss, Fenty Gloss Bombs, Pat McGrath’s formula, and Tower 28.
I’m not a fan of lipglosses because of the tacky feeling I get. I would prefer one that was smooth and hydrating though.
Smooth, plush, thick without being stringy between the lips, almost gel-like in that it dries down somewhat but still has a shine to the top layer.
I also really like the Korean style water drop gloss tints which are watery in texture and dry down but with a top layer that has shine.
I like a smooth and hydrating gloss like Fenty Gloss Bomb.
Smooth, somewhat thick but not too sticky or too oily. I prefer some shimmer.
Ditto, and Fenty does them well. I also like YSL’s, though slightly slippery in comparison.
