I Am Shining
Maybelline I Am Shining Color Tattoo 24H Eye Stix ($9.99 for 0.049 oz.) is a light, champagne gold with moderate, warm undertones and a pearly sheen.

Formula Overview

The formula is described as "crease-resistant" with "bold" and "long-lasting color" for "24-hour wear." They further remarked that it had "high pigment." Most of the shades had semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation, and they were buildable in coverage if they weren't fully opaque.
They had a smooth, lightly creamy texture that glided on comfortably whether used all-over the lid or on the lash line. However, they weren't so creamy that they took too long to set or were difficult to keep from creasing as they dried down. They blended out well along the edges within the first 15 seconds, and then they were fairly set and didn't budge (but they also didn't flake after they were set!).
Unfortunately, 24-hour wear is quite the claim to make, and while these lasted 10 to 12 hours on me, which I'd consider to be quite good, they did not make it to 24 hours at all. If I'm generous, I'd say that there was about 50-60% of product left after 14 hours. So long as you're not actually on the hunt for 24-hour wear, I imagine most folks would be happy with the longevity!

Hmmm – a ridiculous wear claim and a little bit too sheer product – they’re just OK.
I guess if these hadn’t claimed 24 hour wear, they’d have scored higher. It’s shame – they’re inexpensive and with my bad luck at pencil shadows drying up way before I get even close to finishing them, these might be a good value for me.
….I also like the positive names. So much nicer than some of the names we’ve seen in cosmetics.
Here’s hoping that I Am Confident and I Am Shining can be some HEAVY duty anchors for powder eyeshadow for my bizarre makeup ruining tearing eyes! I would use I Am Shining in the tearduct corner as a highlight, and I Am Confident as a MAC Soft Ochre in a stick for the lid. 🤞🏼
