Of the two, I prefer the Rose Topaz one but I’m not daft enough to pay Tom Ford’s prices ($112 to 115 in Canada and it’s anyone’s guess what this LE duo will be priced at) when identical colours and often better formulas are available for much less from other brands.
I don’t know if both quads are meant to deliver a soft and subtle eye look, but I think that a couple of the lighter shades in Rose Topaz look a little under pigmented. Both are quite subduded and they remind me of some of Dior’s quints. Hmmm – not too sure about these.
I’m sorry, but I don’t see $90 level quality in the swatches of these. Nor anything bespeaking of Rose Prick, either. Perhaps I’m missing something?
I suspect most of us have loads of duped to all of these shades.
I think these are mostly for TF fans, or those who buy one or two quads, quints or palettes each year. But what do I know.
What I do know is that they aren’t for me, I do have so many colours like these spread among loads of palettes and singles.
Love the look of this, but don’t foresee myself spending TF dollars on these quads. They are beautiful though.
