Thinner formula, waterproof, has a curved wand, and does not clump.
(In other words, Cover Girl Clump Crusher Waterproof Mascara.)
If it looks great and it easy to remove
I need it to be able to hold a curl, all day – and to be sweat resistant without being as damaging as traditional waterproof mascaras.
I have sensitive watery eyes… a great mascara stays put all day without smudging even if my eyes tear in the wind… but it’s not a pain to remove at night with a balm cleanser.
1.) That it strikes the perfect balance between too wet (drooping curls, raccoon eyes) or too dry (flake city, little transfer to lashes).
2.) WATERPROOF!!!
3.) But gentle towards my sensitive eyes and skin around my eyes!
4.) Holds my pre-curled lashes all day long, even in high humidity.
5.) I tend to prefer curved, slim brushes in order to get lift and also to avoid getting it on my lids.
6.) Non-damaging to my lashes!
1. builds lash line, while creating fluffy lash look with no clumping. black liner is no go for my skintone for this, so I need my mascara to do it. this is why I am insanely picky about mascaras I buy and am a mascara snob.
2. easy to build, I am too lazy, and don’t want to put 5 layers to achieve fluffy lash looks
2. smaller separating brush, given i like volumizing mascaras because of point number one, a lot of brands love to use huge brushes for these type of mascaras, which is nightmare and skip for me, as it is harder to maneuver and mascara ends up everywhere. please stop it brands
3. no flakes or eye irritation.
Those that balance between lengthening and volumizing while also adding a bit of lift. Clump isn’t my thing. I’d rather have longer lashes than thicker lashes. I would also rather than lift than fall. Some of the more intense mascaras make my lashes fall down (it’s a fight because mine naturally pull poker straight and point downwards)
Great formula and wear time. Smooth formula, neat brush to get all the lashes, long wearing, doesn’t take forever to remove. I don’t need mascara to look like false lashes, or flakes everywhere. I’ve had good luck with Maybelline Lash Discovery and Ilia. But lately been loving the Tower28 MakeWaves mascara. It really is fantastic!
Lots of length and no smudging.
A great mascara for me is one that doesn’t clump my lashes, adds a bit of volume and dries down quickly. And easy to remove of a night time too!
Great: zero clumping and separation of lashes. Making my own lashes look darker and longer definitely are desired effects as well. Waterproof, yet not a chore to remove arounds it out.
