Weho Warrior looks so anemic. Why do Urban Decay’s purples suck so badly these days? I find this color story disappointing. It doesn’t look like the She-Hulk to me. Not enough green.
Well….I think the use of lenticular printing on the interior of the packaging is neat. Other than that, I’m underwhelmed by this collab. There definitely should have been more green and a focus on duochromes with an aggressive color shift. Instead they cheaped out and choose to represent the theme of transformation with the lenticular print. :/
Oy, but the looming death of one of my all-time favorite makeup brands feels ever more imminent. This was one very LOST opportunity to have revived and resusitated Urban Decay. RIP UD. 🪦
Some of the swatches look far less awful (how’s that for “damning with faint praise”?) than I was expecting! UD has gone downhill so far that I’m always surprised when they have shadows that look good. Too much orange and red and pink in this for my taste but I’ll be so curious to see how these rate.
Yuck. That is all.
The left side seems to be a very wearable palette. Hopefully these perform well!
This does not look very promising… most of the shimmer shadows lack pigment and Weho Warrior barely shows…
I’m just so disappointed.
No thanks
The colourful shades are anaemic looking and one green shade does not make it Hulkish at all. There doesn’t seem to be a coherent colour story going on here either, rather just a random set of shades. UD you are breaking our hearts!
Really crummy release dedicated to a really crummy movie. What else is there to say? I’m no longer disappointed by UD – they’re performing as expected – poorly.
Brains and “braun”? Please tell me that this is a specific reference to a part of the show and not a sad misspelling of the word “brawn” that no-one caught.
The blue eyeshadow should have been GREEN!
There just isn’t enough green.
Just realizing as I’m reading the shade names that this story is about an intellectual property lawyer, lol. My personal lawyer style is that I don’t like to look at anything law-themed in my personal realm.
The color story looks nice on these, but the texture looks quite thin. It doesn’t really have a luxurious look, which I would want at this price point.
Hmmmm…I”m not sure I’d agree. Nothing screams IP outside of “trademark this.” More “prosecutor” to me. Totally agree with you on the color story.
It’s not about an intellectual property lawyer. Jennifer Walters is a criminal defense lawyer, at least in the show.
Swatched okay, but still, not enough greens.
What an easy pass this one is!
One green one?
I’ve not seen the movie, and am not planning to, but hulk = green, right!
Let’s not even talk about Weho Warrior!
At least they can still make lipsticks that are really good so maybe they have a future, I for one hope they will go back to making good reliable products.
This palette seems lackluster (stating it mildly) which doesn’t surprise me considering I’ve heard this is common with UD in the past few years. The purple looks almost colorless and I don’t see how it could work well on the eye The movie looks bad, this palette does too. Not enough greens to be named “She Hulk” by anyone’s definition. An easy pass.
I’m disappointed.
I love the show. It’s funny and retains some of the style of the comics.
But the shadows here look weak and I hate lenticular printing. Boo, UD.
