That was my reaction too….bold? daring? – where? And as prices creep upward, I find the price of Chanel’s lipsticks a bit too high for my budget, especially when there are really good lipsticks to be had from companies like MAC, Smashbox and even Sephora for a considerably better price.

Although I can’t wear most nude lipsticks, there are definitely a couple here and I’ve caught my eye. I gravitate towards old lipsticks, especially reds and berries, but I am finding that deeper nude tones work with a casual look.
