This collection looks …attractive? But what’s with the David’s Bridal photo? After the Katie Holmes decision I wonder who is steering the ship- it’s like a Stepbrothers music video
That model looks like she’s going to her 90’s high school prom.
The outfit she’s wearing along with those cheap looking 90’s-style earrings are throwing me off too. Nothing modern about it. But I do like the color of the eyeshadow!
really? I and a friend were totally attracted to the pic and had the BB artist recreate it on ourselves..
Yeah, I feel little ole me could’ve styled this better, which is saying a lot!
That shimmer brick is ridiculously pretty!
The makeup on the model reminds me of the makeup I wore regularly when I was fifteen! Actually, the model’s top is quite late-Nineties, too.
I still like it, though I think her eyeliner’s a little harsh against the delicate tones of the lilac. And the flowers in the first image are overwhelming!
But I do think the makeup itself looks pretty!
The earrings on the model = want
I was a bit disappointed by the shimmer brick when I tested it at the counter because it seemed more “glittery” than other BB shimmer bricks. I also didn’t get much of a sense of “lilac”.
Oh, that’s a bummer!
same here applied on my skin it looked a lot like last year s wild rose!
I like what I have seen of this collection so far!
I know there seems to be a lot of people voting ‘Leave It’ but I personally love this range of fresh and vibrant colors.
I always feel so sallow and dull after the long winter months and lack of sunshine. It’s so uplifting to be able to regain some color.

As usual from BB, a big yawn for me. But Christine I have a question -I have to type in my name and email address over again whenever I want to post, before it was already filled in. Any idea why.
Hi Madii,
It might be because you’ve never left a comment on this IP, but I’m not sure – I did forward your comment to my web developer and he will look into it.
I’ve seen some review on the Lilac Rose Shimmerbrick and the colors are gorgeous!!
I have the eye palette and have worn it a few times. The looks I get out of it are far subtler than the model’s, and the wear time is exceptional. After 8 hours it looks freshly applied (no primer).
Yikes. Everything about this screams 90s: the tight slicked-back hair, shimmery shadow, earrings, shiny spaghetti strap dress, even the poor lighting. Poor choice, BB.
The eye palette’s pretty, the price ain’t 🙁
Ok seriously? This looks like any other Bobbi Brown collection. What a big YAWN.
