Giorgio Armani Sun (215) Lip Maestro ($38.00 for 0.22 oz.) is a muted, medium coppery-orange with warmer undertones and soft, fine pearl throughout a more cream-like finish. It had nearly opaque color payoff paired with a smooth, lightweight texture that was fluid without being too emollient, yet it still had a high-shine finish. It wore well for five and a half hours and felt hydrating while worn.

The consistency has more slip and a velvety-smooth feel that softly “clings” to the lips, so while the finish has a glossier look for the first few hours, the color stays on well. If you’ve ever used a silicone-based primer, there’s a bit of that feel to the formula overall. Most shades last between six and eight hours on me, are non-drying to lightly hydrating, and comfortable to wear. The formula is unscented and has no discernible taste.
The Lip Maestro Notorious formula is supposed to have a “luminous matte” finish with “8 hours of wear” and “high pigment.” The Notorious shades are inspired by “chic Hollywood glamour” but otherwise appear very similar in feel to the original Lip Maestro formula.

Giorgio Armani Mediterranea (216) Lip Maestro ($38.00 for 0.22 oz.) is a darker, rich copper with moderate, warm undertones and fine copper and red pearl throughout. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which had a more emollient, slightly glossier feel than other Lip Maestros (which are often creamier and denser). The color applied evenly to my lips but lasted for five hours, which was a little short for this formula, but was moisturizing to wear.

I have fallen hard for Mediterranea! Something about the warm, deep copper base with dark pink and copper shimmer makes it look like nothing else I own. (Also, u can see it working great with the palette and duo from the previous post!)
