ColourPop Stay Jewel Collection includes six new eyeshadow quads that are jewel-toned themed. I’d say more like desaturated jewel-tones, but there are some interesting (read: more unique) shades in a few of the quads for sure.

As a collector of green eyeshadow, I am of course interested in the emerald-themed one, although I suspect I might be able to dupe it.
As someone who doesn’t do typical jewel tones, these are interesting. I think I can dupe out the ones in colours I wear well. I love the super gorgeous green palette, but greens do absolutely nothing for me. Pass.
Because I’m feeling colorful with my 3 new Clionadh Multi-chrome shadows; Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire to compliment those! Not only for that reason only. All of the ones I’m drawn to are nearly full eye looks on their own. All I’d have to pull in would be MAC Orb or ND Retro Vivienne for my browbone, and something brightening for my inner corner tearducts like MAC Nylon, Dazzlelight, or UD Sin or X for Ruby.
I like the Gotta Agate and All that Topaz.
These are all quite beautiful — all the mattes look good and the shimmers are lovely. Perfectly sized for those who just want a pop of colour.
So An Emerald Away is a given for me but I also like Gotta Agate. I don’t really need any of them but they are appealing and appear to swatch pretty nicely. We will see what is left after the New Year. I wonder if these are included in their current sale?
