Glaminatrix Bluebell Matte Eyeshadow ($7.30 for 0.07 oz.) is a bright, cornflower blue with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. While there was a lot of excess product kicked up in the pan, the actual eyeshadow had a creamier feel that melded well with skin and had only light fallout--nowhere near expectations given how powdery it was in the pan. It had opaque pigmentation that stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
