Espresso (Deep) is a blackened taupe with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied more evenly and intensely in practice (on the lid) than initially swatched. The texture was silky, smooth, and more finely-milled than most of the brand's shades. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
