A look inspired by Japanese igari makeup (the tipsy look!)
Step-by-Step Guide
Using the Quintessence (Light) and On the Horizon (Light) palettes, with Orion Nebula below the eyes on the outer portion, a brown line across it using Infinite Echoes, then The Mielke Way on the inner lower corner. Above the eye is a wash of Magellan's Light. After doing my base, I used a NARS matter mauve/plum blush shade directly below my eyes.
