Sydney Grace x Temptalia On the Horizon: My Favorite Palette Pairings
I thought I’d share some color combinations using the Sydney Grace x Temptalia On the Horizon Eyeshadow Palette ($40.00 for 0.76 oz.) paired with other palettes. The top row of On the Horizon pairs well with neutral and warmer-toned shades (peach, brown, coral, red, copper, etc.), while the bottom row pairs better with neutral and cooler-toned shades (plum, mauve, blue, gray, etc.).
About This Series
Each look idea is centered around a “quad” of four shades with the expectation that one might bring in the appropriate brow bone or additional transitional shade based on skin tone. Consider these ideas a jumping off point with four “core” colors that can inspire your next look. For reference, based on how I usually apply makeup, I would consider applying the shades in this order: inner lid, middle of lid, outer lid/crease, and crease/above crease or lid.
Thanks for giving us some really cool ideas! š¤
A joy to do <3
Wow love these! These will pair great with a lot of palettes I own.
Thank you, Kira!
Stunning pairings and I have decided that The Horizons Light palette is the one for me – and these kind of pairings show the shades to their best.
Thank you, Genevieve!
ND Zendo definitely looks like a palette that would work well with these (though truly lots could).
It definitely would!
This is the palette Iām picking up. I think it would go with my Sunrise, Jackie Aina, maybe my Bronze one as well. The cooler tones look like it would pair well with my Visiert Liason palette. Great combinations, you shared.
It definitely would, Janice!
