Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? So many. So, will just say Zoeva En Taupe. So sorry about the Zoeva changes.
What are the Zoeva changes? I’m so out of the loop!
They d/c’d virtually all m/u. Pretty much back to roots as a brush co. It looks as if they got Covid slammed. They had some great liners and palettes, and now, maybe a couple of small neutrals…don’t really remember specifics. Compared to the wide variety they had 3-5 years ago, it’s a real zero now. Sad.
I saw their makeup all going on sale, and I hoped they were just revamping the line. I hope they can hang in there and build their business back up.
Your skin tone/coloring: Light medium with warm yellow undertone, dark brown hair and eyes
Your go-to red lipstick? MAC Chili (and this is a reminder I haven’t worn a red lipstick bin ages)
Your go-to highlighting blush? I’m not a fan of highlighting and I prefer my blushes matte, a coral with a touch of shimmer is the most I’ll do. I don’t use it as often as my matte blushes, but there’s always a place for MAC Springsteen in my collection.
Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? MAC Satin Taupe, it doesn’t get more classic than this; I love taupes, but this seems the one who is more flattering on me.
Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool-toned
Your go-to red lipstick? Either Smashbox Legendary or Red Rage or UD Mrs. Mia Wallace
Your go-to highlighting blush? Becca Luminous Blush (aptly named) in Foxglove
Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? Oh – just one? Come ON!!! Nars Stud, MAC Omega, Inglot 349, MAC Satin Taupe, TheBalm Insane Jane…any one of those (and more!)
Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name (blue-green eyes, dark hair)
Your go-to red lipstick? This past year+ with our mask mandates, it’s been MAC Selena Siempré.
Your go-to highlighting blush? Maybe Nars Orgasm? But I hardly ever use highlighting blushes.
Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? Just about all the shimmery/metallic shades in ND Glam Palette! Plus, I’m still in love with MAC Superwatt and Satin Taupe, too.
Your skin tone/coloring: above with freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.
Your go-to red lipstick? Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche in Virgo. Also CTilbury Red Carpet Red. Two very different, but perfect, reds.
Your go-to highlighting blush? Lately, ND Mini Bloom Highlighting Blush.
Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? Always Coloured Raine Amazon Basin from their Safari Raine palette. It’s so perfect and I’m so sad that palette was discontinued.
Skintone: Light-medium neutral with warm undertones
Fave red: For mask-wearing longevity, Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink in Pioneer. But now that I see they have a shade named Exhilirator (looks a little more brick than the blue-berry-red that Pioneer is) out, I may have to try that one. too…
Highlighting blush: I don’t really do highlights much. I got enough shine from oily skin already lol.
Taupe e/s: Snow Leopard by Fyrinnae.
Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Your go-to red lipstick? Clarin’s Joli Rouge lipstick in Red Terra – it doesn’t turn pink on me.
Your go-to highlighting blush? I don’t use a highlighting blush, just a matte kind of one. The Balm’s Hot Mama is a favourite at the moment.
Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? It would either be City Color’s All Eyes on Me, UD’s Mushroom. YDK or Mugshot.
Medium skin tone (mac studio fix 35), bare minerals original powder foundation in golden beige 13, don’t wear red lipstick, favorite taupe eyeshadow is probably sydney grace tiara, and frosted morning, and make up forever D562; fav highlighting blush is mac fairly precious for sure! I own a ton of taupe shadows though ……. it does depend on the sheen I am going for as well but can’t go wrong with a nice taupe that is for certain!

Your go-to highlighting blush? pawpaw red
Your go-to taupe eyeshadow? Sydney Grace speedway and peace. It’s really hard to only pick one or two taupe.
