Arrow is a medium-dark copper with moderate, warmer (more brown) undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had rich color coverage with a fairly smooth consistency that had a touch of fallout during application when applied dry and blended out, so I'd recommend using it with more of a pressing/patting motion and/or with a dampened brush if fallout is a concern. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
