I would have liked if instead of three highlighters it would have been one highlighter, a blush, and a bronzer/contour, and in three different colorways (at least for the face products) to suit different skin tones. That would be cool! If the right full face palette came along I think I’d say my vows. I’ve always been in love with the idea of those CT face palettes, which I find so attractive notwithstanding that their particular symmetrical design recalls the female reproductive system—not a bad thing, I just don’t think it was intentional, which is a distracting thought.
I love all the names in this palette, but I don’t think I would use one like this. I look forward to your swatches to appreciate all the different finishes. Actually, this release makes me take a look at their deeply discounted Afterglow eyeshadow palette, which has some similar lovely warm and light eyeshadow shades, but with more variety.
Afterglow is lovely – I waited AGES to get it (on sale) and it was totally worth waiting for 🙂
In spite of that bright pink eyeshadow and in spite of the fact that I get the feeling that some of the eyeshadows are going to have glitter fallout and in spite of the fact that I really and truly never need to buy another eyeshadow in my lifetime, I’m drawn to that eye and face palette. The 3 highlighters are all shades I can wear, which is generally NOT the case when there are 3 highlight or blush shades in one palette. I’m also eager to see how the Face Dew actually looks for real and on a human face (what’s with those strange swatches?). If it’s as nice as it sounds, sign me up!
Rather weird setup in this palette going on. I really don’t understand why there are 3 cheek highlighter shades in an eyeshadow palette? Or why it all runs so light in color, either. Perplexing to say the least.
We’ll still be wearing masks for most of next year, who’s buying a gloss and a face dew? Anti maskers? 😂
I am…most of my job is remote and via Zoom
Any idea if/when this will launch on Sephora?
why would they put 3 highlighters instead of 1 highlighter + 1 blush + 1 contour? this palette is so big but you’ll still need to bring blush & contour products with it; a strong pass 🙁
This reminds me of an updated version of Maybelline’s Burgundy Bar – lots of neutrals with a pop of colour. The thing is – the Burgundy Bar is quite cool toned and every single shade is stunning – not a dud in sight, which is quite unusual for a DS eyeshadow palette.
The Nars version here, is five times the price and I couldn’t guarantee that it will be as good. The shades seem very samey and the face palette part would only suit a fair toned person with yellow undertones….
I don’t find a palette like this without a blush useful, even though it is in my color story, swatches would be interesting but won’t change my mind.
I’m not interested because it wont work for POC, and there’s no need to be exclusive to only fair skin tones.
Very interested in the ‘face dew’. And would like to try the gloss. Luckily the eye-face-palettes has the 3 highlighters: an easy pass for me.
