ColourPop Snow Much Fun 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette from the recent Hello Kitty collaboration. It includes three matte, three sparkle-matte, and three shimmer shades. The quality was consistent with most of the brand's releases this year; some powderiness and tendency for fallout, while the shimmers were so-so and often best applied with a fingertip. For those who don't mind fallout (particularly with the sparkle-matte shades), it would enjoy the palette more than the rating might suggest.
