Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Look you loved this week?: I pulled out my ABH Prism palette. Did a soft halo eye with sphere, unity and lucid.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: Pulled out my MAC singles and ABH palettes. I have a simple quad of MAC Vex, Coquette, Omega and Shroom that I have reached for a lot lately

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: My Fenty Pro F’lter powder. I’m trying to use it up so I can move onto other powders in my collection

Look you loved this week?: Oh man, I loved so many of my looks this week. I did a mustard look with the Oden’s Eye Solmane palette, a wine and yellow look with the Oden’s Eye Alva palette, and a pastel cool toned look with the Lethal Cosmetics After Dark palette and I loved them all!

Any new or old favorites discovered?: Jury’s still out on my new products, I really enjoyed using them this week!

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Just playing more with my new makeup!

Any new or old favorites discovered?: NEW: The BH Cosmetics Sweet Shoppe Palettes are amazing, and I’m so mad at myself for not jumping on them sooner, because the green one is sold out at Ulta and the BH website. I’m hoping for a restock. It’s the only one I wasn’t able to get.

Skin tone coloring ? neutral tan .
Looks I love this week.?

I’m finding new ways to recombine products that on
their own didn’t quite work .
For instance a warmer golden tan foundation but neutralized with a cooler highlighter like my (2017 ) ! Tom Ford Orchid Soleil highlighter over a coral blush .
To add some color pop I rediscovered one of my favorite Summer lipsticks Urban Decay Vice Creme lipstick in “ Tryst”

Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones.

Look you loved this week?: Yesterday I really loved my eye look – I used the Pixi Beauty Reflex Light palette with a soft gold all over the lid, the bronze/auburn shade on the lower lid, with a hint of the cocoa shade in the crease. And doing a “Christine” I added a pop of teal blue (from Guerlain’s Les Aquas) in the middle of the lower lid. I paired it with Maybelline’s Spice For Me (in the house only).

Any new or old favorites discovered?: Guerlain’s Les Aquas – the teal blue shade is lovely.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: More bronzey shades from my collection paired with different pops of colour. I will be using olive and green shades – UD Damaged, Spectacular from bareMinerals etc.

Look you loved this week?: I love the look of all the Autumn 2020 palettes and lipsticks featured on Temptalia this last week! Reds and browns beautifully showcased. The palettes and packaging are works of art in themselves.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: Old favorites re-discovered: Revlon Raven Red polish on toes; Santa Maria Novella Muschio and MAC Candy Yum Yum fragrances. New favorites: Mugler Over the Musk, Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week? I haven’t been wearing makeup the last several months, but moisturizers, Sephora lip balms, and organic coconut oil (multi-purpose) have been my staples. I’m getting used to a much simpler look, but look forward to wearing all my makeup favorites again in the future.

Look you loved this week?: Metallic light taupe eyeshadow without any eyeliner, a light plum cheek and a taupe lip (Sugarpill Dress Code mixed with Stila Patina, but any dusty pink liquid lipstick would work). I’m really appreciating the less structured effect of a soft neutral eye, flushed cheek, and statement lip.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: I had given up on Patina because I’m trying to phase out Stila and the formula is just OK, but using it for mixing has breathed new life into it! I’m still not going to repurchase, but I do think I will use it up. 🙂

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I want to keep enjoying the 1-2 shadow eye looks I’ve been doing for most of the week so I can focus on my collection of statement lipsticks, but I hope I use my Shroud Cosmetics Arcana palette or Sugarpill Fun Size at least once.
