Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Your skin tone/coloring: above with freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.

Look you loved this week?: I did a lot of really colorful looks this week, and I loved them all.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: I’ve been working with my single shadows a lot lately, and loving it. I have a lot of gems in my collection. But it also helps that all of my singles are in one large palette, so I’m just reaching for them more.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: More singles! I have a few new Looxi Beauty shadows that I haven’t used yet that I want to get to.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: Glossier cloud paint (Beam), Nars Orgasm lip balm, Nars Orgasm lip balm, Essence Lash Princess mascara

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Cream everything

Your skin tone/coluoring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Look you loved this week?: A look that worked very well for me this week was when I used the Dior Jardin quint. I used the cream shade for the browbone, soft mint over the mobile lid and the beautiful teal shade on the lower lid. I paired it with CP’s Foolish lipstick.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: Dior’s Jardin quint and my City Colour singles of Cleo and Sandstorm.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Flower Beauty’s Gold palette and more olive and gold shades from my collection.

Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name; magenta/red hair with turquoise side shave; hazel/green eyes.

Look you loved this week?: I did a look inspired by goldstone “gems” for a group challenge, and I love how it turned out. EYES: TFSI. Juvia’s Place The Nubian 3 Coral Palette — Shade 12 (crease) and Shade 6 (outer corner); Juvia’s Place Mini Masquerade Palette — Giza (brow bone; inner corner) and Cairo over NYX Glitter Primer (lid). E.l.f. Stardust Glitter in Gold Galaxy (center of lid and diffused out, over more NYX Glitter Primer). Physician’s Formula Eye Booster Lash 2-in-1 Boosting Eyeliner & Serum in Ultra Black. UD 24/7 Eyeliner in Zero. UD Perversion Mascara. BROWS: Powder from e.l.f. Brow Kit in Medium Brown. LIPS: Professional Makeup Lip Liner in Cinnamon topped with ColourPop Ultra Glossy Lip in Hypno-tease. CHEEKS — ColourPop x Mulan Blush in Matchmaker mixed with Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Sensual. FACE: NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Mattifying Primer; BH Cosmetics Naturally Flawless Foundation in Ivory; Ben Nye Neutral Set Colorless Face Powder; LA Girl Just Blushing Blush in Just Because… (contour); CP Matchmaker (bronzer); True + Luscious Highlighter in Heaven Sent, e.l.f. Original Mist & Set.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: True + Luscious Lucky Glow Palette. Jen at My Beauty Bunny showcased it several months ago, but I’ve been using it this summer. The powders are so silky! The bronzers seem like they should be too yellow, but they totally work on me, and I really like the coral blush. The highlighters are to die for.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Just keep trying out indie palettes that have been coming into my collection. Weather change related backaches and migraines put a kibosh on makeup wearing most of last week, but I’m things will be more stable next week. We never know, because we’re so close to mountains and the coast, and we’re in the valley…it’s always a best guess from the weather forecasters.
