Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool
Best black eyeliner? it’s dc’d here now but my favourite (for the few times I use black) is one from GOSH – I think it’s Black Ink. But I do use almost daily the black skinny, skinny liner from Marc Jacobs to line my upper waterlines
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? pencil
Most dramatic mascara? I rarely wear mascara and when I do, I go for natural rather than dramatic.
Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name (blue-green eyes, dark hair).
Best black eyeliner? For liquid: KVD Tattoo Liner in Trooper. Gel liner: the now DC’d Essence Midnight In Paris, now it’s MAC Blacktrack Fluidline until I find something better. Pencil: Smashbox Fishnet Always On Eye Pencil. These all stay on even if my teary allergy eyes act up.
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? ALL 3! I use each one for a different purpose. Gel or liquid for my upper lashline wing. Black w/p pencil on my upper tightline. Colorful pencils usually just on my lower lashline, sometimes on my upper lashline.
Most dramatic mascara? L’Oreal Lash Paradise WP is the BOMB.COM! For a non-waterproof option; Benefit Roller Lash.

Best black eyeliner? I don’t use a lot of black eyeliner, but when I do, I really like the Bobbi Brown gel liner…..she had one in Twilight (limited edition, after the Twilight series came out) which was amazing. I miss it.
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? I prefer pencil eyeliner (I use the Beauty Pie ones, which are a dead ringer for the UD or MJ liners at a 1/3 of the cost).
Most dramatic mascara? I layer mascara’s and have really good luck with it…..I always put the Waterproof Chanel mascara on top of a good mascara and I am happy.

My favorite black liners have always been pencils by Milani. The best one I’ve seen in stock lately is their Supreme Kohl Kajal.

Best black eyeliner? I’ve been using the L’Oreal Smoldering Carbon Black eyeliner for years now. I can’t say it’s the best, but it’s what I use.
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? Generally, pencil. Once in a while I’ll use a liquid liner, but that’s maybe once or twice a year.
Most dramatic mascara? IT Cosmetics Superhero. That stuff can get out of hand really fast!
Your skin tone/coloring: Light medium complexion with warm yellow undertones, dark brown hair and eyes
Best black eyeliner? Physicians Formula Eye Booster Waterproof Ultra-Fine Liquid Eyeliner will always be the best I ever tried, great formula, great pigmentation, easy to use by eyeliner noobs like me, great staying power (my runny eyes and oily kids are a bad combo).
There are some expensive options that work just as well for me, like KVD Tattoo Liner or Fenti Flyliner, but Physicians Formula wins with the price
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? I would say a liquid with gel vibes; I use pencils usually to tightline and liquid eyeliners for winged looks, for me they are not an interchangeable product.
Most dramatic mascara? I actually dislike too dramatic mascaras that add tons of volume and make lashes look really big; I like my lashes jet black, defined, separated, still somewhat soft. I feel like dramatic lashes impair my vision. So I don’t have a positive experience with dramatic mascaras.
The ones that “scared” me enough to be remembered (yes, I hate that much having tons of volume on my lashes; and yes, false lashes will never touch me) are some of the Maybelline Colossal mascaras (they also have the worse eyeliner ever, to the previous questions) and Lancome Monsieur Big.

Best black eyeliner? I really don’t know as I rarely wear black liner

Best black eyeliner? No, I don’t use an eyeliner and I wouldn’t use a black one on my fair complexion
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? If I were going to use an eyeliner, I would pick a pencil one because there are lots of beautifully shaded coloured ones out there – especially the Sephora ones.
Most dramatic mascara? Mascara is not a big feature for me as I wear glasses, but I do like one that doesn’t clump my lashes or lengthen them – just thickens them up. Currently I like Designer Brands (an Australian beauty brand) mascara.

Best black eyeliner? Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? Usually pencil, but I wear all three.
Most dramatic mascara? I’m allergic to most mascaras so I have no idea.

Best black eyeliner? Urban Decay Perversion is the one I always go back to
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? 70% of the time eyeliner, but sometimes gel! NEVER liquid.
Most dramatic mascara? Maybe I just haven’t been trying the right mascaras but I’ve never noticed much of a difference that makes one more dramatic than another.
Your skin tone/coloring: fair, pale olive
Best black eyeliner? My once fantastic and favorite Elizabeth Arden Smoky Eyes Powder pencil has been reformulated to a crappy waxy twist up thing that’s painful to apply (drags horribly) and difficult to smudge (still sobbing over that loss). The closest replacement I’ve found is the Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place pencil in Onyx. It’s matte like the EA pencil and you have about 20 seconds to smudge it then it sets for a full day’s wear without giving you the panda or racoon look.
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? pencil or powder ( I wear a lot of very dramatic Arabic liner & like a matte, smudgy wing)
Most dramatic mascara? I have very long, fine lashes that are difficult to curl and get easily weighed down by wet or gloppy mascaras. For best dramatic volume IT Cosmetics Superhero, for best dramatic curl & definition Cle de Peau Perfect Lash. For best dramatic overall layer the IT Superhero over the CdP Perfect Lash

Best black eyeliner? It’s DC’d but the dual gel + felt tip eyeliner from the Pixi x Weylie collection. For something currently available I still love my first ever eyeliner the Marc Jacobs Highliner. I recently repurchased it after finishing the Pixi and it still holds up
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? I have to say gel. Pencil is often too rough on my skin and liquid is often finnicky for my double-lidded eye and flaky upon removal
Most dramatic mascara? Benefit Badgal Bang. Not the most transfer-proof but definitely the most dramatic mascara I’ve tried

Best black eyeliner? Kiss Me Heroine Make Super Keep Smooth Liquid Liner in jet black
Gel, liquid, or pencil eyeliner? Liquid, flexible tip pen liners in particular.
Most dramatic mascara? Eyeko Black Magic or Nyx On the Rise. Just about any volumizing black mascara looks dramatic on my blonde lashes, but these two have the particular effect of making it look like I’m wearing false lashes.
